This app is very bad app becoz i have load money 9000.00 rupees in ititag wallet but loading success but suddenly not showing balance and log out the account when i reopen the wallet,it showing block my a/c and call customer service... very bad app like froud!!!!

एक फ्राड एप है। मेरा वालेट बिना किसी कारण के ब्लॉक कर दिया जबकि उसमे मेरा पैसा है। काल करने आ आधार और बैंक अकॉउंट की डिटेल मांग रही है। ये किसी सायबर क्रिमिनल ने बनाया है। गूगल को इसे बंद कर इनपर पुलिस केस करना चाहिए।

This app always show error on Tpin .. even after entry on correct tpin

No response for phone and mails. I sent query on May 30th..but still no response.

We are trying to send money to bank account but sowing our imps services is temporary unavailable please try after 11pm this is big fake apps don't download this application.

For got password option not working . Waiting for OTP for more than 2hrs not getting any OTP on phone

Please please please don't use this app. Cheating. To loading the money to wallet for each transaction they are charging 800 INR as gateway charges. Very bad. With difficulties parents will arrange money to pay the school fees. To give good education. This people are misusing this.

This is a very disappointing app ..for paying school fees 20k wallet limit is peanuts , can't increase limit with aadhaar which always fails , imps mobile no should.be 12 digit. If wallet limit exceeded, it should revert the deposit. Now I can't even pay school fees,need to bang the school

I uploaded inr 20000 and instantly it deducted rs 426 as payment gateway charges .....never heard of such charges ....this is pure foul play ....please credit the money back to my account now Update as of 6th august 2017- all issues resolved by the team.....great support and amazing people of iti .Thank you so much

Awesome app...... Loved it... very easy to do all payments like electric bills , water bills , mobile top up , ITI School's fee, ITI Rents payments , etc........ . Done by ITI LTD to promote digitalization.........No Payment gateway changes for loading money.......... Now gud response for phone & mails.

Pathetic app. Support sucks. Calling the number several times, no response. Have loaded money to pay fees since this is the only way the school accepts fee payment. Don't have another choice but to grapple with this terrible app. Will never use this for any other purpose. Unfortunately, this is the only way to pay the school fee and have to live this is horrible experience.
