Recently i took their home deep cleaning service in Pune (wakad). Not professional at all. It seems the guys who came for cleaning are not interested in doing the job seriously. Left all the work done incomplete.. They have not done any deep cleaning..all they have done is basic cleaning in the name of deep cleaning. Paying 4500+ for deep cleaning of 2 bhk home and not getting the service done nicely is not what we expect. NOT RECOMMENDED. Utter waste of time and money.

Daylight robbery. Charges money but does nothing. Customer service unresponsive. Ticket id - 746 That's not how the final discussion ended. The plumber was supposed to get back with list of items needed to be procured. That never happened. He was just happy getting the inspection fee for free. Customer service promised to ask plumber to call again but did nothing. Meanwhile, you have conveniently put in your system that "request completed". Atleast have the courtesy to give a call to resolve this. Why only responding on Android app reviews section???

I am very happy with the service I got from Timesaverz, Timesaverz is one of the best service providers they have best professional s, professional was very polite and good with work. There customer helpline is always active on calls,super awesome experience. I would recommend to everyone. Good work

Wish I could give them a ZERO for their service. Had got an AC installed some time back. Now that the rains have hit, there's water seeping through which shows that the job wasn't done properly. I have called them couple of times ...was told their exec will get in touch with me...but no one's called. Today when I raised a complaint via the app, the rep tells me that it's been over 15 days since the job so it's not their responsibility any longer. How ridiculous is that. I wish the rains had known that and had come in a bit earlier!!!

Wish I could give it 0 stars.. the biggest con out there. Once they have your money no matter which way you try to contact them they will shamelessly ignore..Absolutely sub standard service. The in app customer support is just for namesake as they wont even bother to reply.

I opted for these services without reading reviews.i had opted for mattress cleaning , they came and cleaned it but the problem wasn't solved and guess what we still can't use the mattress after 5 days of movement..

Pathetic service. Had taken a service for bed-bug control, got zero results for the 2 sittings the provided. Requested for a third sitting which they turned down later after initially agreeing to it. Paid the whole amount again for another service. They just provided the first sitting and refused the second sitting. Extremely disappointed. No sense of customer satisfaction being tracked

TimeMoneyWaistez! You will get calls, SMS till you pay money. Took pest control service, Cockroaches still partying in kitchen. Raised 3 Tickets, no one assigned to it, no one replied to chat. So I called customer care, Sir you should call service partner, ok.. then why I installed app? For online payment? For horrible service? Why? Ok Sir we'll get back to you.. Arrrr.. No body even called me back after 2 days. Tickets raised still not assigned..

This is the worst app....they have charged me wrongly for the services....I had paid online already fr d wet servicing n after finishing d servicing d ppl asked me for money again saying it was labour charge....n d labour charge is for a capacitor which I myself bought frm d market with my own money.first they were asking me to buy d capacitor which ws with them for 750/- rs and I bought d same capacitor from d market for 40/-rs....n after fitting it ....since they did not get their commission they tried to get tht money frm me as LABOUR CHARGE....d customer care team is also useless n hand in hand with them....don't trust at all....u hv lost a customer timesaverz....

I had opted the service for kitchen cleaning in Gurgaon After completion of job I had shared with cleaning team that some area are still not cleaned & they simply said we can't to better than that. ( Oil and greasy surface still there) I had called customer care and they said this is not coming in our scope of work. I just don't no what is covered or not . It's better to clean than use there services.

Terrible experience and pathetic service quality... Called them for an old AC reinstallation.. and the guys came without basic tools like Hammer, screw etc. And after spending 3 hrs suggested changing the pipe with approx 3k additional charges !!!!! Ticket no 49684

I have a very bad experience with Timesaverz not even once but twice. There is no coordination between technicians and executives. Customer has to complaint again and again just to get their attention. Very bad response. Pathetic service. Technician charges you unnecessary amount because they come from far places. Don't download and use it. Waste of

Terrible service..charged 200 bucks just for a guy to come over and attach the old basin pipe back to its place...pathetic..could have done that myself..

Charged excess fees considering the task was short and simple..Rude behavior whence asked to negotiate on the fee and hell-bent on charging the exhorbitant amount!!

Pathetic service . Service charge mentioned was 300 rupees and the technician is asking for 800 RS .On calling the customer care I got the response whatever the technician is asking is correct and asked me to cancel it if I don't want.
