The whole idea of a mobile app is to make the user experience better than that of the web. This is just a carbon copy of the web version on a smaller scale. I could as well just browse through my mobile web browser then. Redundant

I have issue with this app. It has not been updated since April 2016, that's terrible. Also to set it up is cumbersome.

This is the worst mobile app in Nigeria. Transactions always failing but you'll be debited anyway......complete rubbish

This app is just wack. It's not smart at all compare to GTB app. It always take me like 10 attempts to successfully make a transfer, Sometimes more than.

The worst bank app av downloaded so far, someone can not install it from his comfort zone. Now i understand what it means to bank with an old generation bank.

It's rubbish... Taking hours for self registration. It keeps on booting for hours to the extent I got angry and dumped it. Same thing happened sometimes last year. Once again, I strongly hate it

I jst regret banking with UBA, i cnt transfer money tru d app lyk other bank app lyk GTB, i wil av to open another bank acct, i cnt keep goin to banks bcos of little transfer

Why not just ask us to open the app in our browsers. If you want to do an all please contact a good developer..

There are no words in the English language to properly describe the level of irresponsibility of the thought process that gave birth to this so-called app. This is fuckery of the highest order.

U direct live chat is not working properly. It needs upgrade

This UDIRECT is very efficient, user friendly and pretty fast. I love it. It saves every time for Bank runs.

It's absolute nonsense and that's putting it mildly. I doubt if any app compares to it in uselessness. Takes eternity to open, trying to get it to do a transaction is something else. If UBA do not know what mobile banking is about I suggest they ask access bank or first Bank. Useless App.

m avin issues wit Referral ID anybody to help pls?

This app is very lovely cos I can even book my flight, pay my school bills for my kids and be sure of a physical receipt as long as am connected to a printer or a screen shot of my transaction if no printer available.

This is not an app! It's just a link to the Web page. I am uninstalling immediately.
