Need more improvingggg,,, i ask for refund because i was overcharged but it was the one to blame,,,, its not my fault but the driver blame me for not telling the right way,, whats the point of having waze and the apps itself,,,,

If the driver cancelled the trip and he run away so why should i pay charges or pay the cancellation fee..? In my app showing i have to pay the charges for cancellation but infact the driver him self canceled the trip and run away i waited for 30minutes also Worst service And for that i have to pay...?

The service has improved significantly in Islamabad. The availability of rides and behavior of drivers has also improved during the past few months. Changed from 3 stars to 4 stars. Hopefully, further improvements will force me to change to 5 stars. Wallet option is needed in the app so that if drivers do not have change or passanger cannot pay, amount can be added to or subtracted from wallet.
SHEIKA135UE = £10 off first ride. I like it, theres always drivers about at anytime and have good looking cars too. The uber pool feature is also pretty useful, where you can share your ride with another passenger to make the cost of the journey cheaper. The app does still freeze now and again, and when sharing status of your journey, it freezes too, making it less accurate. but otherwise still a very useful & must have app.
Car icons are not moving and you have to restart the app to see the accurate position of the driver. Also, the 100 pesos cancellation fee shouldn't be charged if the rider cancelled immediately. Also, a rider should be able to cancel if they got transferred to another driver because the previous driver cancelled. And I think passenger ratings are very subjective. A driver can give a passenger a 4-star rating simply because they didn't give enough tips or if they want to chat but the passenger doesn't.
They have charged me for their driver not turning up at my pickup point. Driver kchandra went other side of the town instead of picking me, I could track him on the map. I waited about 25 minutes and then I left and later another driver called me saying he is at the pickup point. WORST THEIR IS NO MEANS OF REACHING CUSTOMER CARE TO LODGE COMPLAINT.
I'm using the service mostly in Ukraine, and here it has lost most of its quality. I can only guess when and where the driver picks me up, my office location is 700 meters away from where it stands regardless of dozens of times I reported it. And the cherry on top: drivers do always turn waiting time on, even when late and I'm waiting for them
Third time hapening with me. Drivers accept the trip and later either do not communicate and i am left waiting for 30 mins where as the app says 2 mins, or drivers call in and say they are very far and they say i should cancel the trip. In both cases, resulting in me cancelling the trip. Oh im charged cancellation fees, which never gets credited. Looks like a money minting scheme to me. Switch to other apps. Totally worth it.
All in all ive always had a great experience with the drivers I've gotten and they are always nice clean cars and positive attitudes. Just please fix the glitches has been goofing up with how far away they are and can't tell where they're at after they get close to my pick up locations happens everyday since the latest update
Worst experience with Uber Banglore. Drivers are stupid enough not to respond for passengers and wasting time. I waited for 20 minutes and finally he cancelled the ride. We are being charged if we cancel ride while the driver is on the way right. Y can't drivers be charged for this behaviour of wasting customer timing? So customers time is useless or what? This happened many times. No more Uber again. Good bye....
My problem was not rectified even after I have narrated the whole incident. There is no way to get in touch with anyone in case of an emergency. I had a to catch a flight and my driver instead of starting my trip cancelled it, while I was sitting in the vehicle. Another driver was assigned and he did not pick my calls. He reached the pick up point but I was in the vehicle of the previous driver. Some how managed to reach the airport. The whole incident was narrated to you but you have not even addressed it.
Service related to cabs is ok, but uber support team is very pathetic. They don't have call support to discuss or escalate issues. Only in app messages which ate typically replied with pre typed messages. Executive do not bother to read or unferstand the concern of customer. Apart from that chat option there is no altetnative for customers to escalate or resolve issue. If you have any issue which is typically not mentioned in their help option, you are less likely able to raise the concern.
Uber cab service is good. The below complaint is about the app. Today I booked a cab at about 7.50 am. Before booking it showed me 4 min . Once I confirmed booking it showed me 17 min estimated arrival. I don't agree with the reply given. I am nor talking about the actual time taken against ETA. I am asking, "What is the basis of estimate prior to confirming the booking. I can send you the screenshots before and after the booking if you share a valid mail id.
Rs 56.04 twice deducted from Axis UPI payment option for my Uber Trip on 21st Jan,2018 . Even after sending multiple chasers and follow-up to Uber Support Team I have not got any solution to my issue and everytime they just saying this query is handle by Uber Expert Team. What kind of Uber expert team is that they didnot reply to my issue even after 50 days? Now, they have closed my query i.e. archive in Uber app and I did not left with any option to raise my concern for this issue.
Completely biased towards the drivers. You end up paying more because of their mistakes. No benefit of the doubt! Reply to Uber's reply: Why don't we talk somewhere public so that everyone knows the situation and the way you have decided to handle it?
As failed to cantact the driver due to network problem. After l can't use the app as there's no option to adjust the outstanding amount on the next ride.bnow compelled to uninstall it. Otherwise the service is ok and use to the middle class ppl.
Where is the customer service option???? I have been charged yesterday $14 for a fare that never happened. Its not even in my past rides on the app . Stick to Lyft EDIT: Found out uber might take money from your account as a precaution.... i ordered the uber with a prepaid debit card which didnt go threw (didnt know they didnt accept them) .....so how the hell are you still giving me a precautionary charge
App is worst. So many bugs! 1. While entering confirm pickup page, screen goes blank and nothing works except closing and relaunching the app and it happens several times continuously 2. Forces me to select Cash payment 3. Cannot add card, automatically removes card 4. Cannot add paytm aasas well. 5. No UPI payments yet Though the Uber services are good over Ola and others
Don't use this app. I get random charges even when I don't use the app for like $6 and $4 that are definitely not from my tips, because those are also separately charged. Uber doesn't have any record of these charges on my account, but they're on my bank statements and they are unreachable as a company. I attempted all channels, including their help email, except for driving all the way to California and going to their corporate headquarters.
Choose other! I always say thanks to the driver and never did anything unsafe or rude yet I got 3,xx for my ratings. One of the drivers I ordered asked me to cancel because my ratings IS SO LOW. I was charged many times as the drivers asked me to cancel a lot of times. Enjoy my money!!
UBER ride share in BENGALURU is a SCAM...App shows Drivers 10mins away when booking.. which jumps to 13 minutes once booked...But the DRIVER supposedly shows up in next 2-3 minutes. HOW???..Voila n CUSTOMER is charged ' Cancellation Fee' ... happened two days in a row....Drivers n UBER make money conninh the CUSTOMER...OLA is way better ...No DRAMAS .
There should be an uber service for people who have toddlers. Like where am i suppose to put my car seat after I take an uber? Its dumb and inconvenient. I have taken uber with my kids and it wasn't a problem with driver because i go short distances.
The app was working properly before the last update. After the update the app shows the right address but the map shows something different. I felt bad for the driver today cause it showed the right address on his phone too but the directions were wrong.
Used to be very pleased with the service until about three weeks ago. Now I am considering using lyft because of all inconsistent pricing, horrible directions given by the app to the driver always taking me out of the way, WHY??
First uber should get a proper customer care. I have many examples of bad uber services. One driver made me wait 30 mins and he switched off his mobiles phone, one didn't pick my phone. I mailed my complaint and nothing happened. Respond uber to complaints. Uber hires unprofessional most of the time.
worst customer support the app is behaving worst from last few days, support people don't read the problems description properly and reply like a childish response. Whike booking the cab price was something else and at the time trip ends price simply double when contacted customer care they said you had the pending charge from last ride i shared the receipt also for the payment that i did still they are replying with same response.
Don't use uber pass ride its all fake only. If u buy also no use its taking as normal charges. Last one week I contact to customer care still they are not the issue.waste of money don't trust. Finally I am not satisfied
First time using Uber and it was a horrible experience. Waited outside for my FIRST driver for over 20 min. For it to say giving you a never driver as the other one driver was supposed to be pulling in. Had a very important meeting that I was late to because of this. Driver still very nice & courteous.
Uber support is handled by bots, that sends out totally unrelated and insensible responses to your queries. Once you encounter issues with trip or payment, i dont think there is any way you can resolve them by contacting them. Consider yourself lucky if you haven't had to contact support yet.
I used uber only once. Driver took wrong person by mistake and I was charged 5 pounds cancellation fee. I've contacted uber through the app and they refunded 5 pounds and charged 1pound for contacting them like regular pickpockets. Enjoy your 1pound!
I am not satisfied with this app. Because i've to pay cancelation fee if the driver canceled my trip(or asked me to cancel the trip or any reason). Even though this isn't my mistake. For me, uber is unprofessional
This has become a regular practice at Uber, to overcharge customers, without any basis. Even if the pickup and drop locations are exactly same as was cited at start of trip, and even route taken is as per Uber app, still they always overcharge. Then what's the point of showing the upfront estimates. And the increase is always quite significant. They don't even reply to complaints, very poor service.
There's no way to log in or out? That's ridiculous. At least not any intuitive way; just had to uninstall and reinstall because I reset my password online. Not happy. Otherwise very useful app obviously.
Absolute turd-sandwitch app. Every time I have tried to register in this app and every time this app has disabled my newly created account. It is a nightmare app. Skip it. And uber please help me to re enable my account which gets disabled even before first login.
Considering how the app is the base of Uber, it's pretty awful. It takes ages to update me, whether it's about locating a driver, tracking him, or notifying someone else that I've reached my destination. A lot of drivers that I've travelled with have had the app crashing on them. It's frustrating. Hope this changes in the future.
The cancellation fee policy is ineffective. Uber should provide more flexibility towards its riders in terms of pickup location and cancellation. The app should also show more details on the addresses selected to ensure accuracy. It should provide more flexibility on pick up locations especially around the HDB area.
I have been left stranded seversl times since android pay has inserted itself into the Uber app. I do not use android pay so my uber gift cards do not work. I contacted support and did not hear back for several days. Then their support could not fix it and she just left the conversation and I have not heard back. I am certainly going to lift
It's not working consistently. The time to pick up is always unreliable, it doesn't update the ETA as time goes on, so I don't know when I'll get anywhere. The car icon on the map doesn't move at all most times, and the timer to arrival constantly resets without notification. I'm not expecting perfect updates if there's traffic or accidents, but I just never know when I'm getting picked up. Once I'm in the car, drop-off times are usually in the ballpark. It's just frustrating now knowing when I'll be picked up .
