Nice app for people exploring FPV on the beginner drones that use it however it is using the Android ringer audio stream to play shutter sounds and this is a big no-no. The ringer stream is for the ringer and I've never seen anything else encroach upon it like this. Also the drone for which I installed this does not have on-control media capture buttons which forces you to look away from drone and remove hand from physical controller to capture media and those are basic drone flying no-nos.
This app is fun. I enjoyed it till today when my drone started smoking and losing power posibly retiring it in It's third flight. A idea is to posibly include user manual, costemer service .etc in the app to minimize the constant need for paper litiring your junk drawer. Also the ability to link devices so all your photos can be seen between devices as I use a Samsung galaxy core prime and a iPod touch to stream the live video. Also the info on reception, and more isint shown win the phone is used as a cam
Wouldn't work. I wrote a bad review on the drone too. Doesn't matter what drone, this app and my drone paperwork said this app would work. I done everthing the direction said several time but it doesn't want to work. Thanks for nothing
Does not support Nexus 6P. Unable to record video or take photos without the app.
It is a pretty cool app. Because it work fine on my drone . So i am able to see what the drone see on VR.
Works pretty well. There is a lag. Connects pretty good.
It is easy to connted drone to phone
I didn't install, b/c it doesn't need to know my browsing history. All these apps are way too nosy.
So i been flying a drone i have purchased at the frys electronics in my area and no problems but then some neighbor kid comes out with this drone to fly on this app. He's 6 years old his parents are asking me to teach him to fly. What would y'all recommend him learning on? The remote or app??
