The Super Braille Keyboard is the most advanced virtual Braille keyboard in its kind.
In order to type, the user simply uses their fingertips, typing Braille as they normally would. By selecting the text input field they wish to use, circles will appear under each individual fingertip of the user. These circles are continuously calibrating the keyboard to the user’s fingertips according to the user’s on-screen movements. Now a Braille typist never has to worry about finding their place or losing their finger placements.

Accessing Help Mode enables users to instantly get help on how to type a certain letter or symbol without having to move their hands from the screen. Now a user, student, or teacher can simultaneously type and learn. The Voice Help feature instructs users the correct finger combinations in order to type their desired letter by voicing back the correct way to execute it. With the help of the Super Braille Keyboard as an educational vehicle, schools can now affordably implement Braille education into their curriculums for children who would otherwise have little to no access to proper educational resources.

Inpris has opened doors for those who would otherwise have little to no accessibility to touch screen technology. As a Braille typist using the Super Braille Keyboard, you’ll now be able to use your tablet, computer or smartphone device easily. Inpris believes that this innovative technology can change the day-to-day life of millions of blind individuals around the world who are struggling with Braille literacy.

The Super Braille Keyboard (Beta) Trial is truly a fantastic peace of software that most certainly delivers on what it promises. In all honesty, if this allowed for contracted braille I would buy it in a heartbeat. Typing with this app is already blazing fast when compared to more traditional touch screen keyboards and especially if you're proficient with braille, and I can only imagine how quick it would be when using it with contracted. If impris could add this feature this would indeed be the most advanced keyboard in the world. Edit: I should learn to read manuals more often. Contracted braille unified is supported. This is undoubtedly the best input method for braille for android on the market, and that is an understatement. If you are able to write in braille and struggled to use your android devices built in keyboard, then this is for you. I haven't been able to type this fast since the last time I used the old method of t9 input. Technical support is fantastic to boot. And I'm typing this from the super braille keyboard on top of it all:-). Congrats on a life changing app, impris!

It keeps saying "put your fingers on the screen for calibration" but doesn't say WHERE on the screen and doesn't do anything else. Will rate higher if you tell me what to do!

Does not work. I tried everything but it does not work

... but I've not yet been able to get all the features to work, like backspace or most of grade 2. And I'm just getting to grips with UEB but I've seen a BLE appear which isn't in UEB.

This app is an EXCELLENT input method for vision-impaired users! The unique features allow you to comfortably re-position your fingers while entering text as you would on a physical (read "expensive") braille keyboard. And, nothing could be more convenient or comfortable than having the keyboard right on your existing screen-- no extra hardware needed! I can not wait to see the future offerings of this very innovative company. Customer service is exceptional-- what more could you ask for?

but it is limited to basic forms and punctuation only. No CH, ST, ING, Dot5 words, etc. An unfinished app.

I am really confused as to the orientation of the cell. First I tried typing normally as I would on my brailler, with the dots horizontal in (321space456) order, then I figured out the cell was vertical... And while I could successfully get an 'a' or 'k', my 'f' would be a 'd.' My phone has all the necessary capabilities for successful launching of the app... I just cannot figure out the cell orientation. This is a GREAT concept in theory. Maybe I am just dumb, lol.

The only thing which will make it epic is if you'll be able to disable TalkBack automatically

Its very nice, I definitely recommend this but since my phone is little bit small I had to use six fingers, 3 fingers each hand. Lol, otherwise it's a very great app. :-)
