Problems I have with the app are: 1. Shows incorrect route 2. Does not remember the exact journey I was checking when re-opening the app. Always returns to early bus on same route which is very annoying when monitoring a particular bus.

Awful since update. Type ticket number in every time you want to see your ticket. Coach tracker on the wrong route, displays the return leg or vise versa. Worked perfectly beforehand, why change it in a detrimental way?

The coach tracker does not give accurate info. London to Bath shows route as via Oxford for nx403, fail. Also doesnt show current position all of which the online web version does without problem. Needs attention.

I am a daily commuter on the 007 route. The new app takes away the functionality to select a stop and shows all the possible times for a route of that stop. I notice the route option is not available yet. Why change it if the new app cannot do what it did previously? Defeat the purpose of an app.

Fails to work. Doesn't retain departure or destination stop when date selected and vice versa. Absolutely no use and not fit for purpose. Crapp app!!

Totally unreliable. Worst example was when coach was in site of my stop, but was showing it would be there in 18 minutes.

OK. Everything looks working good. 1 issue - when you make by PayPal synchronization of form not working. Please fix. Nice option of SMS but best is Passwallet - in modern world more easy and effective. By the way it's free
