レシピ原価計算

新商品を開発したけど、売価をどうするか、採算はとれるのか。原価（儲け）はいくらなのか。
また複数量作る場合、原材料はどれだけ仕入ればいいのか。
商品構成の階層が深いと計算も大変です。

一般的には飲食業の場合、材料原価率は30%程度と言われています。
しかし、原価管理が全くできていないと、50％以上かかっていることもあります。
当然いくら売っても利益はでません。
また、原材料を大量に仕入れても、商品の売価を決め利益が出るかどうか見極めなければ赤字になります。
在庫過剰の場合、そのスペースや初期投資、賞味期限に配慮しないといけませんし、廃棄処分となるため原価を回収できません。

レシピ原価計算（標準原価率）は、事前企画の積算や起業試算として、また実際に発生した原価を判断する基準として活用することができます。
※一般的に「標準原価率」と「実際原価率」の差異は一般的に0.5%以内と言われています。

※飲食業以外でも、業種によっては簡易的な所要量計算・見積・積算としてご利用頂けます。
※単品や中間品を組み合わせたセット商品も対応しています。
※１商品当りの構成商品数（原材料除く）が５０まで可能。

■システム要件
1.Android 2.2以上
2.画面サイズ 800x480以上

■処理手順
1.基本情報の設定
・各分類（仕入先・原材料・商品・保管場所）を設定します。
※省略可能ですが、件数が多い場合、設定しておくと便利です。

2.単位情報の設定
・標準的な単位は設定済ですが、自社に必要な単位があれば設定します。

3.仕入先の設定
・原材料の仕入先情報（仕入先名・分類）を設定します。

4.原材料の設定
・原材料情報を設定します。
（原材料名、仕入単位/金額・仕入先、使用単位/換算数、歩留り、メモ）
※換算数・歩留りは省略すると「１」に設定されます。
※商品情報で構成される原材料を一通り登録します。

5.商品情報の設定
・商品を構成する原材料/商品・使用量を設定します。
※単品設定の他、セット構成も可能です。この設定により原価率/粗利率が計算されます。

6.商品展開表
・商品情報に基づき、商品/原材料の展開表を表示します。

7.調達リスト
・商品・数量を指定し［実行］により調達リストを表示します。

■ processing procedure
Setting of 1. Basic information
· I set the (suppliers, raw materials, products, and storage location) each classification.

Set of 2. Unit information
- The standard unit is already set, but I set if there is a unit required for your company.

Setting of 3. Supplier
· I set supplier of raw materials information (vendor name and classification).

Set of 4. Raw materials
· I set the material information.
(Ingredients, input units / amount, the supplier specifications, unit-of-use / conversion rate, yield, note)
※ It is set to "1" Ri-yield equivalent number is omitted.
※ I will register the overall functions and a raw materials in the product information.

Set of 5. Product Information
· I set the raw materials / products and usage that make up the goods.
※ other single item setting, set configuration is also possible. Cost ratio / gross margin is calculated by this setting.

6. Product development table
· On the basis of the product information, and then view the Deployment list of the product / raw materials.

7. Procurement list
• Displays the procurement list by selecting [Run] to specify the products and quantities.
