Get for free:

- an online fitness app in German, English and Spanish,
- 15 online workouts for your fitness training at home or in gym indicating reference values such as repetitions, series and breaks as well as a training weight for each exercise based on your body weight,
- creation of body measurements by body weight and size,
- evaluations of your corporal progress by graphics showing the BMI and a resume of your actual body values in comparison with approx. ideal values,
- with your app-download a personal web-profile with even more free functions, such as additional pictures and descriptions for a correct body measuring, interactive graphics etc.

Go pro and:

- create your own workouts by using
- hundreds of 3D animations classified by muscle groups,
- choose between various training objectives,
- get an orientation of training weight, repetitions, series, pause and heart rate,
- customise your routines during your workout,

Please note: The only requirement is internet access for using Wellefit in its full extent. We recommend the android version 2.3 or more.

All given training values are only meant for your orientation! You may have to change them according to your individual needs. All given training weights are total weights which might be divided in halves when using dumbbells and barbells.
