Western Express Driver App

My qualcomm has been down for weeks its been so frustrating having to call. Example: Swift In Gauge allows you to accept loads and send loaded and unloaded messages. It adds ease to driver and your d.m. isn't left in the dark. It also plugs into google maps to get routing solutions.

Update made the app worse. Inbox does NOT work, current load information does NOT update, and all preplans info is NOT displayed. You should test updates before asking drivers to update their phones. Old version was much better, would just be nice if we could respond to qc messages from our phones for when we are out of the truck

Along with others it was bad ideal to makr pre-planned load display the way it is. I like how it shows up now but u should make it were we can click on the load and it shows info. Send messages would be awesome. Like Free form. And the normal calls we do at shipper and receiver

I don't know what you tried to improve on but you totally screwed the app up..... Would be nice if we could respond to messages while away from the truck through the app....

What's the point of this if half the stuff I need to be able to do, like respond to messages outside the truck, etc. can't be done?

I really liked the app until the update it took all the info for pre plans off the app. That was very useful. Put it back how it was ASAP!!!!

Why would you think taking the feature away of being able to see pp just very vague info was beneficial. Dumb move!

Update made it suck inbox doesn't work at all now. New load info doesn't work. Its useless now. Put it back the way it was or just get rid of it. I'm uninstalling.

App has alot of issues. Half the time messages don't load or anything and barely uploads new messages you get on the Qualcomm. App is a waste of time

Since the update my app does not display any new messages from the Qualcomm. I can not even see pre-plans or my current load info.

This app. is very helpful for allot of cross references that are base on driving safe, off road, dedicated & etc.

Good app. Would be great if I could send messages back and have macros functionality.

Very usefull. Would be nice if we could send a message as well as view them.

Would be much more helpful if it was able to get new message updates on time and should be able to send messages.

this application is useful there are simple questions that can easily be answer on application hire dates ,check info, load and route info,truck service info,driver can even contact a recruiter to check on a referall there is more go check it out believe me when i say i do not do compliments but if its a good thing it just is.

This needs the ability to look a previous loads. Maybe 10 previous loads. Also drivers should be able to see who sent them the message. Even if its just initials or an identifying number. It would be nice to know who is talking to us.

Now all it needs is the ability to send messages to whomever as sending a free form message and also the ability to send macros and do pay inquiries.

I am actually enjoying the functionality and looking forward to more advances like a possible. GPS so we don't have to listen to HER voice on the QualComm lol

Great start, light and nice UI. Freeform messages to dispatch would be a nice addition.
