The Dream Body Workout Plan is designed to maximize muscle and strength gains while still promoting fat loss. It will start you with a strong foundation of muscle to take you to the next level and prepare you for more advanced techniques. Each of the 4 phases will be no longer than three weeks and will include a variety of muscle building exercises designed to keep your body growing at its maximum potential.

*Phase 1 (Week 1 to 3) - Foundation: In the first 3 weeks work in the 4-6 rep range and concentrate on increasing your weight every week to lay the foundation for future size gains.

*Phase 2 (Week 4 to 6) - Strengthening: In the next 3 weeks you keep the weight that you used in Week3 and increase the number of reps every week to put your expanding muscles to maximum use!

*Phase 3 (Week 7 to 9) - Growth: In this phase for 3 weeks you will use the 8-10 rep range and you will increase again your weight from week to week for maximum muscle gains!

*Phase 4 (Week 10 to 12) - Perfecting: In the last 4 weeks you will enhance and consolidate what you builded in the first 3 Phases, while decreasing the number of reps you will increase again the weight from week to week.

*In Week 13 you will be able to see your progress after you start working out in the 4 to 6 rep range now you arrive in the same point but twice bigger and stronger. Look at your progress chart and see for yourself!

On my second week! I am starting to feel great! I am more energetic and my mental clarity has improved! I can't wait to see the final results! Update: I finished week 4 and I started to notice more muscle mass and definition. I can't wait to see the end results. Great app and well worth the money spent!!!

For five stars you better make table, where user can make his own workout routine. You have some exercize that i cant do in my gym. But good think is that you have gif image with example of many others exercize

Has everything you need. Only thing to improve: once i reached certain strenght i can do more exercises per session, even at high intensity, than recommended in app. I'm now trying the superstar app from the same guy

You should add alternative workouts as well would help because not all gyms have the equipment and I do home gym with my equipment but using this app has made me lift more than before! Definitely pushes you and it's a lot like my old workout routine except I did a bit more back then, I still add my own stuff in as well as most of this and hope I will be big! Because I'm looking the part already ;)

For some reason the music doesn't work! If you fix the problem i will rate 5* because the application is wonderfull except from that. And because i paid i believe you have to fix it

Unable to load logs from the previously used lite version, now basically have to manually feed in two weeks of data. Also, please put in an option to stop all these irritating popups which are motivational in nature but get irritating very soon when they appear on each click virtually everywhere.

When are you going to add a nice feature such as cloud back-up so we are not going to loose all our progress anymore when our phones go busted? Other then that, app is great. It got me in the gym, I went from 213 lbs down to 186 lbs at 6' and built a nice physique. Thanks.

Accidentally checked don't show again on the before picture and now can't find an option to take one. Messed around with the app and took a picture for the final photo and can't reset that either. Access to settings on home screen instead of only inside a specific days workout would be nice. Still love the app. Totally worth paying for!

Weight input only shows 2 digits, so 125 lbs looks like 25 lbs.

I upgraded from the free app because on the whole it looked a good set up. Now upgraded sure, ads are gone, but as far as workout content the routine stays the same as the first 2 weeks (in the free version) repeated the same for each week for all 12. I expected more. Much more. Disappointed. So if you're upgrading/paying for more content, and differing routines as your weeks progress. Don't bother. - you won't get it.

I bought this app after running the demo of this and a few other workout apps. This was by far the best of the apps I tried. Plenty of information on nutrition and training, complete routines, graphs and charts, its even got animated gif's to show you the motion of each lift along with in depth instructions on what each lift should be. If your new to lifting or you just need a great app to track your workouts this is a great app
