If you have more than one child don't bother. Even though it states you can have multiple devices and has an active link titled devices, plural, I could not find a place to add additional devices. I contacted support via chat and was connected with Dolf. He proceeded to tell me that when I downloaded the app I agreed to only use it on one device. I assume that what he was referring to is that each license is only good for one device so if you want multiple devices you must purchase multiple licenses. He said no the app was not capable of functioning with multiple devices. Not only that but the free trial really isn't a free trial you get one glimpse of one thing so you can get a feel for the layout is what I was told but you can get all of that information online checking out other reviews. So that of course also makes no sense at all. What's the point in having a free trial if it doesn't allow you to try all the different aspects of the app prior to purchase. By definition that's what it is supposed to be. So if you have multiple children or you want to check it out prior to paying for it this is not the app for you

We bought two licenses, we cannot install the license on one of our child's phones which is brand new.. Constant error of phone is tied to another account and has to be purged. Yet this is a brand new phone from service provider. I've been through several chat sessions with WW tech support and several phone calls. Two times they told me a ticket was opened and they were escalating it to the development team. Both times now I have waited and waited no one contacts me back from the supposedly escalated ticket then I call back or I message back and then they tell me there is not an open ticket at all for my account and they have no record of phone call or chat session! I have now lost my patience and need a refund or immediate assistance from a supervisor or manager to get this finally resolved license installed or money back. The licenses are expensive and it cannot be installed and tech support is useless and refuses to help . I now have emailed a supposed supervisor in tech support and still have not hear back. Dont waste your time and money like I did, trust me stay away from anything this company develops they dont stand behind it and refuse to help.
