Its a good app for a good company, id like a mileage tracker but theres other venues for that so not that big a deal.

They need to stop putting "small fixes" and give a true explanation of what's being updated... ---This app needs to allow mechanics to modify the "required tools section" because it's wrong.. A lot. Updating this for the third time this week... What's with all the daily updates? It should have a built in archive updater rather than using the store to update if it's this frequent.

notification settings don't really work. receive text about returning parts for parts I never picked up.... you know just the annoying stuff

The people they send are marginally competent. I'm being kind.

Your mechanic, is a beast on time and hit more parts on the car that I had to fix to make share it was running brand new. It's my babe and I get the best even tho could fix on a certain part of my car the was hundred on letting me know were and how to get it fixed. Most mechanic don't do that just get random part take your money let you go on your way while still having problems with your car I recommend your mechanic definately if you a person that looking at towing fees ha

This app makes it so much easier for those wanting to be a mobile mechanic. The support staff is a good group of people very down to earth. It is a growing company and is very receptive to suggestion from its tech to make improvements. They even send you a media kit and supply you with business cards. I wish it had a mileage log even if you just manually enter it

Do you find your life is too empty of irritation and stupidity? Then join the your mechanic team where we will constantly order you the wrong parts , ignore your set service area and pay you a paltry $25 credit for an hour and a half drive for a cancellation. If you have any problems we will constantly refer you to a woefully understaffed 1-800 line who knows nothing about your issues or the product that they are selling. Your mechanic is a great way to lose money every day while damaging your reputation

The ability to work wenever is a win win situation nowaday where else can you find a work place like that . Office team are nice and fun to come by visit sometime when around here they treat you like a human been not a number compare to dealer and and somewhere else when your making the guy sitting in a desk money .

The app is getting better. Its at times slow on my phone but that could just be my phone processor or ram but what i am waiting for is support for iphone. Any news if the app will be supported anytime soon on iphone? I love both operating aystems but i left a iphone just so i could be able to work with the platform.

The app is amazing. We need to get a milage counter. Comon guys you can do it. I love it though. Again. IT'S FOR YM MECHANICS! not used for anyone else. Some of these reviews are insane. Thanks guys for the hard work.

Total rip off. There is no way of getting ahold of anyone when something goes wrong. There based out of California so not even local. Stay local it's better and safer

All the people who are complaining must not be able to read. This app is only for us mechanics who work for the company. It's our app for scheduling, getting paid, etc. It works really well most of the time.

Every time I put my number in and request a pin it says unable to identify account with my number.

My number and pin did not work, frustrated and i gave up...

Works perfectly on galaxy note 4 for me and I.T. guys fix problems ASAP thanks! UPDATE 11/2/15 Still having issue with past/completed appointments on appointment screen. There was no updated version to install on my side.
