...apart from the fact that the whitelist feature doesn't seem to work (Nexus 9 tablet running Android 7). I'm assuming that the purpose of the whitelist is to allow particular apps to use the microphone (in my case a cello tuner). If this is not the case, it could do with a help page.

I had a problem with phone calls where it may or may not turn on the microphone again or keep it that way, but the developer worked on it while in contact with me. After a couple weeks he seems to have it operating perfect in overall function. This is on my Note 4, still probably the greatest phone overall feature-wise till middle 2016. When Marshmallow comes out for your phone, if ever, this will still be highly useful for total lockdown.

50% off the time when i receive or make a call phone stays muted, even though the app says the phone has been unmuted. Really like the idea hope it can be fixed using a note 4 btw

Unfortunately once on (which worked very well) I had to restart my phone to turn it off. Just now I even had to reinstall other microphone-using software to use it again (Rebtel). I'm on a Nexus 5: problems before Lollipop but now worse, I think.

Can't figure out how to block mic when phone calls come in on a phantom call. Meaning my phone don't ring, but it picks up. Old NSA trick.

Trying to block "ok google" since the app ignores it's own settings to disable voice commands. Using security settings to block mic access just causes the app to crash and "ok google" still pauses my music at random 10-40 second intervals. This app doesn't block it either. May be selling a false sense of security.
