Premium Laundry Service

I scheduled a pick up for noida sector 3 the application allowed it , when no one turned up i called the customer service they said that we dont serve in noida sector 3 and if you want the service then either you have to increase the number of clothes or the minimum billing should be of rs350 plus a 60 rs pick and drop charge.i asked if you dont provide the Service then why your application allowed to book they said that the application is not up to date and have technical issues.

App doesn't send otp, and you can not proceed with otp, call went unanswered. So overall not professional.

I have tried by booking through app as well as calling and my apartment is near by even then nobody came to pickup

App is not working. Not get otp.

Please guys don't download this app and don't use this service...I am waiting form last 3 day for my laundry they didn't deliver yet.. Seriously guys please don't use even by mistake. And they also charge Rs 40 extra for delivery on bill of rs 200+ ...

I had booked for a pickup today..no one turned up.. When I calld the pickup guy, he sounded drunk and talked so casually and said " kisi aur ko bhejdia h" but still no one turned up..not expected at all..worst service.. this is the way u talk to your consumers..

What is going on with you guys... After 2 successful times.. No one turning up since past 7 days.. And the customer care number is also not reachable.. Have u guys shut down the service? Atleast make an effort to push a mail / text to customers.. So disappointed right now.

Nobody came to pick up the laundry even after two days. Moreover the concerned executive's and the company's phone is also not reachable.

It is a great service some days back. Now...they are not coming to pickup even after 3 days of order. Agent's nmnr and customer service nmbrs are not working. Waiting since 3 days........ What happened to U Dhodu.....did U shut ur service.....

Most probably dhodu hs been pshutdown forever

The concept behind this app is really commendable. This service will surely make busy people's life easier than ever but please fix this petty glitch, my bill showed delivery date 31st november, a date that doesnt exist.With everything going great with the app, this little thing makes one feel a little weird. Please fix this and great job guys.

Prices are less ...but delivery charges 40..:; moreover tax is applied after adding delivery charges..it's totally illogical. Washing was also not proper. Clothes were not packed. It's jst wasting of money

I have been using the service for the past 1 month , and I would say that the service truly a benchmark in handling laundry with care and quality. Being a office professional it has been tough for managing laundry with office timings. The best part is the service is reliable and effective. Timings are as per our convenience. Superb!

Well !! After using their service fourth time .. i feel to write a review . I am so happy i tried them .. one of best service in noida .. got my clothes neet and tidy .. the guys are prompt and friendly ..about the clothes and wash quality ..it next to excellent .. bang on guys ..got the service for my buck ..

Service is cheap and convenient but clothes get slightly crushed while delivery. Please improve that. One thing that is appreciable that is the prompt timing and behaviour of delivery guys.

They say free delivery,but they charge 40+taxes extra..why??

Ruined a pair of jeans of mine that I noticed after the delivery guy had left but other than that it was satisfactory. Dhodu, What are you going to do for such cases?

The service in Noida is just perfect! I use Dhodu all the time - not even once have they slacked in timeliness and providing good customer service! Keep up the good work!

Dhodu burnt my shirt. You don't deserved even one star but it is compulsory to rate atleast one star. I will never use your service in my entire life. And i request everyone please don't use this service otherwise you will loose your clothes.
