E20M - Protezione Civile

Scopo dell’applicazione è fornire alle sale operative dei coordinamenti di Protezione Civile sia isttituzionali che del volontariato, dati aggiornati in tempo reale su servizi in corso da parte delle Organizzazioni di Volontariato, sugli interventi che esse stanno gestendo, loro tipologia e localizzazione, riferimenti, materiali e mezzi in uso.

L’uso dell’applicazione prevede l’utilizzo di dispositivi Android, e di un limitaloto traffico dati Internet e GPS.

Al contrario delle innumerevoli applicazioni normalmente utilizzabili in forma gratuita, E20M utilizza le tali risorse soltanto quando effettivamente necessario, garantendo così una economia d’uso di dati e batteria difficilmente riscontrabile altrove.

La trasmissione delle informazioni, anche a salvaguardia della privacy, è infatti ad assoluta discrezione dell’utente, che deve manualmente intervenire sull'applicazione per attivarla.

I dati possono essere visualizzati tramite le mappe di Google, accedendo a specifiche pagine web protette da password.

Le interfacce utente (lato Operatore sul Campo e lato Sala Operativa) sono semplici, intuitive e di rapido utilizzo.

Sulle mappe, i marker rappresentanti le Associazioni di Volontariato sul territorio, cambiano colore a seconda dello stato delle attività (Servizio iniziato - Intervento in corso - Servizio terminato) e, ovviamente, sono posizionati sulle coordinate geografiche trasmesse.

Ciò garantisce una visione d'insieme delle risorse sul campo, il tipo di attività in corso e la loro collocazione in un unico colpo d'occhio.

Passando il mouse sopra il marker, si potrà conoscere il nome dell'Associazione e il suo stato.
Un clic sul marker invece, fornirà informazioni specifiche sullo stato dell'Associazione, il suo referente comprensivo dei dati che avrà inserito (nominativo, numero di cellulare, sigla radio), il tipo di intervento eventualmente in corso etc.

Gli stessi dati potranno inoltre essere aggregati in tempo reale, a seconda delle necessità del coordinamento, sotto l’aspetto di reportistica dello stato degli interventi in corso, visualizzabile direttamente su schermo, oppure tramite esportazione dei dati come foglio di calcolo.

L’app consente di traguardare, tramite la fotocamera del dispositivo mobile utilizzato, l’oggetto di un avvistamento, consentendo alla Sala Operativa di determinare la direzione in cui l’avvistatore sta guardando per eventuali triangolazioni.

L'interfaccia web di E20m fornisce all'operatore di Sala suggerimenti sull'unità che più velocemente si può portare sull'evento in base alle condizioni del traffico stradale in quel preciso momento.

E' possibile inviare al dispositivo mobile il link di attivazione del navigatore per giungere direttamente sul posto.

L’accesso ad E20M è determinato da un nome utente, una password ed un codice zona fornito dall’amministratore di sistema, a garanzia della funzionalità del sistema di gestione e dell’aggregazione delle Organizzazioni di Volontariato sui vari comuni.

L'app è personalizzabile, olte che per le singole Organizzazioni di Volontariato, anche per i Coordinamenti delle stesse. The user interfaces (operator side and on the Campo side Operations Room) are simple, intuitive and quick to use.

On maps, markers representing the Voluntary Associations in the area, change color depending on the status of activities (which began service - going Intervention - finished service) and, of course, are positioned on the transmitted coordinates.

This provides an overview of resources in the field, the type of activities going on and their placement in a single glance.

Hovering the mouse over the marker, you will know the name of the Association and its state.
Clicking on the marker on the other hand, will provide specific information about the status of the Association, its referent including data that has entered (name, mobile number, radio theme song), the type of operation may be in progress etc.

The same data may also be aggregated in real time, depending on the needs of coordination, under the aspect of reporting the status of ongoing interventions, viewable directly on the screen, or by exporting data as a spreadsheet.

The app allows it to achieve, through the mobile device camera used, the object of a sighting, allowing the Operations Center to determine the direction in which the spotter is watching for possible triangulations.

The E20m web interface provides the operator unit Room tips that the faster you can bring the event under the conditions of the road traffic at that precise moment.

E 'can be sent to the mobile device the activation link in the navigation system to arrive on site.

Access to E20M is determined by a user name, a password and an area code provided by the system, ensuring the functionality of the management system and aggregation of Voluntary Organizations on the various municipalities.

The app is customizable, that we select for the individual volunteer organizations, also for the Coordination of the same.
