السلوك التنظيمي

عزيزي الدارس, بعد انتهائك من دراسة هذا المقرر يجب أن تكون قادراً على :
1- تعريف المفاهيم والنظريات الأساسية ذات العلاقة بسلوك الفرد في الجماعة والمنظمة .
2- تبين طبيعة العلاقة بين السلوك التنظيمي والعلوم السلوكية الأخرى .
3- التعرف على المتغيرات والعوامل الشخصية المؤثرة في سلوك الفرد داخل المنظمة وكيفية التعامل معها.
4- توضيح العلاقة بين أهداف الفرد وأهداف المنظمة .
5- التعرف على المتغيرات والعوامل المرتبطة بالجماعة وأثرها في السلوك التنظيمي .
6- التعرف على المتغيرات والعوامل التنظيمية المختلفة (المناخ التنظيمي, البيئة التنظيمية, ضغوط العمل ) وأثرها في السلوك التنظيمي.
7- القدرة على وضع آلية للنجاح في التعامل مع الأفراد على اختلاف اتجاهاتهم وادراكاتهم Dear student, after you finish this course you should be able to:
1 - the definition of the basic concepts and theories related to the behavior of the individual in the group and the organization.
2 - shows the nature of the relationship between organizational behavior and other behavioral sciences.
3 - to identify the variables and personal factors influencing the behavior of the individual within the organization and how to deal with it.
4 - to clarify the relationship between the individual goals and objectives of the organization.
5 - to identify the variables and factors associated with the group, and its impact on organizational behavior.
6 - to identify the variables and different organizational factors (organizational climate, the regulatory environment, the pressures of work) and its impact on organizational behavior.
7 - Ability to develop a mechanism for success in dealing with individuals of different attitudes and perceptions
