2- تشرح خطوات البحث التسويقي وتعدد أنواعه.
3- تحدد أهمية البيانات الثانوية والأولية بالنسبة لبحوث التسويق.
4- توضح كيفية إعداد قوائم الاستقصاء واختيار العينات.
5- تشرح أساليب تحليل البيانات إحصائياً وإعداد التقرير النهائي.
