It is slow sometimes and shuts downtown the app sometimes; however, its very useful and easy to track the books I reserve, functions are very simple and easy to use. Highly recommend this app!

Just like other apps or Web pages made by the government, this app is garbage. It's sluggish, takes minutes to log in, or wait for the pages to load. Why create an app that's useless?
