STEP 3: Invite users of your organization from the menu. They receive link in emails to join.
Please note that, the invited users don't need to subscribe. Your plan includes access for the selected number of users.

Hoping that the Sales staff can see the inventory but cannot give any permission to edit or add or remove stocks.

This app has messed up my inventory. I mark stock in or out and my inventory still looks the same. Please update and fix or cancel my subscription.

O can't stock in or out. It should be a simple fix, but customer service have not contacted us back even though we emailed them a couple times. I would change my review after they take care of us.

Started with instant inventory app which is great. Upgraded to pro for PC access and instantly regretted it. Terrible user interface, completely different app, long winded procedures just to add stock and waiting for the web server between pages is terrible. If I want to input stock levels for 50/100 products it just taking on average between 10/15 times longer than with the app. Do not upgrade to this solution it is nothing like instant inventory. One thing I will say is that the support and development team are very good and prompt at replying and resolving problems.

Downloaded the basic version, which was great, then upgraded to pro. With basic, you can add to the inventory without having to open up the product editing screen, you just hit 'Stock in'. Why did this go away in pro?

While using unpaid version I could use barcode reader when inputting items in sales order. But paid version can not use... That's the important part why I chose this app...

prompt support! And in the cross-platform desktop version the feature that it has product image in the inventory item make it visual and hence make easy to read. Hopefully it will be available in the app too. All the other features been very intuitive and handy to use.

I love this app. The app itself closes a couple times a day which makes it very annoying when I'm working but I open it in the browser and it works just fine. I WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE MY SUBSCRIPTION to more than two users and have been unable to do so. Also, it would be great if the barcode scanner could scan in/out inventory rather than just adding it to the stock. Adding a product for a sale would be easier with description AND product ID or just the product ID. Overall great product!

I got the pro version cause the regular version was so fast...web version is entirely different and very slow changing screens. Would be nice to store info on device and refresh manually or on a time schedule ect

I wish this app was more like Instant Inventory, that was much easier to use on a mobile device. The description says "desktop access" but all it means is that you can login from a browser...this is not a separate program to download. Instant Inventory is much more user friendly on mobile device.

The free version of this app works fairly well other than the photo not staying with the inventory item when saving sometimes. This paid version is awful. I can't even get into my account because it says it has been locked. There is no option to contact support for this app and I am unable to use it at all. No customer service. Fail

I run a bicycle repair business. I l;ve the idea of this app, but there's a few things I need; More Item Fields, such as Cost per piece, and suggested RRP based on %Margin. A 'Supplier Goods In' Section with Pieces Per Item, Item Qty, Invoice No, NET price, P&P then adding The VAT & Order Total, and storing dates items were added ti the inventory. This would help me calculate my costs and profits better!
