App del PRILS Lazio

L’App di PRILS è il tuo strumento pratico per individuare i servizi pubblici del Lazio: è rivolta in particolare ai cittadini stranieri. Ti è utile per sapere dove si trovano i servizi, geolocalizzare sul tuo navigatore quelli più vicini a te e darti indicazioni su come arrivarci. Inoltre ti dà info generali, sugli orari di apertura, i numeri di telefono e le email. Cerca le informazioni sui seguenti uffici:
Prefetture, Uffici Territoriali del Governo (UTG) e Sportelli Unici Immigrazione (SUI), e le Questure per il permesso di soggiorno, l’Accordo di Integrazione ed altro;
Istruzione per gli adulti e insegnamento della lingua italiana: sedi dei CTP e 12 CPIA (Centri Provinciali per l'Istruzione degli Adulti che da settembre 2015 sostituiscono i CTP) dove svolgere le sessioni di Educazione Civica obbligatoria per i cittadini stranieri, imparare l’italiano L2 e l’educazione civica, per il conseguimento di titoli di studio (licenza media) e dei certificati di competenza per l’inserimento nei percorsi di istruzione/formazione e trovare lavoro;
Uffici dell’Anagrafe dei Comuni/Municipi, per richiedere la residenza, lo stato di famiglia, la carta di identità ed altro;
Rilascio del codice fiscale: uffici delle Agenzie delle Entrate (AdE)
Servizi sociali: sedi dei Comuni/Municipi per la richiesta dell’assistente sociale in caso di problemi famigliari, la richiesta di casa popolare ed altro
Servizi previdenziali: sedi territoriali dell’INPS (Istituto Nazionale Previdenza Sociale) per informazioni e prestazioni relative a pensione di vecchiaia, di anzianità, disoccupazione - o assistenziali - pensione di invalidità civile, inabilità ed assegno di maternità
Sanità: sedi delle ASL (Aziende Sanitarie Locali) per l’iscrizione al Servizio Sanitario Nazionale, la scelta del medico di base, l’assistenza medica primaria, la somministrazione dei vaccini ed altro. Le sedi dei Distretti e degli sportelli di servizio integrato PUA (Punti Unici di Accesso). Dedicati ai cittadini stranieri: gli ambulatori dell’INMP presso l’Ospedale San Gallicano di Roma, del SaMiFo per l’assistenza psicologica e psichiatrica alle vittime di tortura e il servizio di medicina legale per la certificazione delle violenze subite (per i richiedenti e titolari di protezione internazionale) ed infine dei Gruppi locali Immigrazione e Salute (GrIS)
Lavoro: sedi dei Centri per l'Impiego (CPI) per la ricerca di un lavoro e dei SILD - Servizi inserimento lavorativo disabili per le persone iscritte alle categorie protette. Le sedi dei Centri di Orientamento al Lavoro (COL) per l’orientamento nella ricerca del lavoro, l’attivazione di tirocini (COL Tirocini) e l’inserimento/reinserimento lavorativo dei detenuti/ex detenuti (COL Carceri)
Biblioteche pubbliche: sedi delle Biblioteche delle Province del Lazio, per prendere in prestito libri, riviste e quotidiani, in italiano e in altre lingue, e per accedere ai servizi Wi-Fi o al web dai computer della Biblioteca (non tutte lo hanno attivo)
Mobilità: Uffici della Motorizzazione Civile (MC) per informazioni sui punti, duplicati e rinnovo patente, cambio residenza e carta di circolazione;
Servizi informativi: Uffici Relazioni con il Pubblico (URP) dei Comuni per darti informazioni utili sui servizi in generale e per la tutela del cittadino
L’App di PRILS è realizzata nell’ambito di PRILS LAZIO (Piano Regionale d'integrazione linguistica e sociale degli stranieri nel Lazio) finanziato dal Fondo Europeo per l'Integrazione dei cittadini dei Paesi terzi (FEI) 2013, e ha l'obiettivo di favorire l'integrazione linguistica e sociale dei cittadini di Paesi terzi nella Regione. PRILS è gestito dalla Regione Lazio (Direzione Politiche Sociali, Autonomie, Sicurezza e Sport) in collaborazione con ASAP, USR, CTP 16 e l’Università Roma Tre.

It is useful for you to know where are the services, geolocalize on your navigator those closest to you and give you directions on how to get there. It also gives you general information, opening times, phone numbers and emails. Look up the following offices:

Adult education and teaching of the Italian language: 12 seats of the CTP and CPIA (Provincial centers for adult education, which from September 2015 replace CTP) where we hold our sessions Civics mandatory for foreign nationals, learn Italian L2 and civic education, for the achievement of qualifications (middle school) and certificates of competence for inclusion in vocational education / training and find work;

Social services offices of the Municipality / Town hall to the request of the social worker in the case of family problems, the demand for public housing and more
Social security services: territorial offices of the INPS (National Social Security Institute) for information and services relating to old-age pension, retirement, unemployment - or care - disability support pension, disability and maternity allowance
Health: headquarters of the ASL (local health authorities) to enroll in the National Health Service, the choice of general practitioner, primary health care, the administration of vaccines and more. The seats of the districts and branches of service integrated PUA (Points of Single Access). Dedicated to foreign citizens: NIHMP surgeries at the Hospital San Gallicano in Rome, the SaMiFo for mental-health to the victims of torture and the forensic service for the certification of the violence (for applicants and holders international protection) and finally the local groups Immigration and Health (GrIS)
Work locations of the Employment Centres (CPI) to search for a job and SILD - job placement services for disabled persons registered to protected categories. The locations of the Centers of Work Orientation (COL) for guidance in seeking employment, activation of internships (COL Training) and the integration / reintegration of prisoners / ex-prisoners (COL Carceri)
Public libraries: premises of the Libraries of the Province of Lazio, to borrow books, magazines and newspapers, in Italian and other languages, and to access services Wi-Fi or the web from computers of the Library (not all have active)
Mobility: Offices of Motor Vehicles (MC) for information on the steps, duplicates and license renewal, change of residence and registration certificate;
Information services: Public Relations Office (URP) of Commons to give you information on services in general and for the protection of the citizen
The App PRILS is made within PRILS LAZIO (Regional Plan of linguistic and social integration of foreigners in the Lazio) funded by the European Fund for the Integration of third-country nationals (EIF) in 2013, and aims to promote linguistic and social integration of third country nationals in the region.
