Pampas Ristorante Brasiliano

Il Ristorante Churrascaria "Pampas" nasce nell´ottobre del 2008 ed è gestito dalla coppia di cuochi Kelsi Ulian ed Ivan Piccini, con la "collaborazione" del loro figlio Diego. Il luogo diventa immediatamente un culto della cucina brasiliana a Milano, avvolto da un´atmosfera tranquilla che permette a tutti di mangiare e stare bene con gli amici o con la famiglia.

Ivan, il nostro chef, è nato a Ronda Alta (una piccola città del Rio Grande do Sul), dove sin da piccolo ha imparato a cuocere la carne allo spiedo; crescendo, viene assunto in una churrascaria a Rio de Janeiro. Dal 1995 al 1998 ha lavorato come "churrasqueiro" - chef della carne - al "Porcao", che è stato il primo ristorante churrascaria brasiliano arrivato in Italia e già conosciuto in tutto il mondo. Dopo aver lavorato come Direttore, Chef ed Amministratore di vari altri ristoranti, decide assieme alla moglie Kelsi (oggi brava mamma, amministratrice e cuoca) di aprire il proprio ristorante che, come già anticipato, è oggi considerata la migliore realtà della churrascaria brasiliana a Milano.
