Malfunction for EMA 64bit dissolved.
But the mail server to need the SSL certification is not available.
Please use EMA after setting your mail server to ' no the SSL certification'.

About a characteristic of this application
It becomes content based on "nursing care insurance" if unchanged, but can use it as a report of "the independence support" if I change the part of "the specialized care" to "the action support".
In addition, in the case of the person who can use ACCESS, the pasting up is possible in a report with the confirmation signature image of the user.

we found some bugs in EMA.
we are repairing now.
only pop mail server without SSL can use EMA 32bit windows varsion, sorry.

This is a report application for care worker.
Most input using keyboard is not necessary.
You can change all of work names.

Please download 'G-mail' application before using 'Care Report'.
This application send e-mail with your input data.
Your PC can receive it and update ACCESS database.(download 'EMA' from our website, and launch it.)
Please use this application with 'EMA2.0'.(You can download PC's application from our web page.)
Please only Administrator of PC install and use EMA and accdb.
Please download a zip file from this.

It attach Installation procedure and Operation manual. Please read it carefully, and having approved "instructions".

This system set has minimum functions only.
User must do all Maintenance of accdb with Self-responsibility.

You can watch allmost input on main page.
when you touch green buttons, you move to other page.
when you touch 'Date', 'Time' lavel, it makes picker up.
when you touch 'UserNo', 'UserName' or 'Address' lavel, you can choose input data from last 15 input.
it takes a signature image as a jpeg format, and this image is sended with input data.
Operation check : nexus 7(2012), SAMSUNG SC-04E others.

*'EMA2.0 Download Trial version(FREE) set' and sample accdb(Report2.0.accdb)
'EMA' receive only This applications e-mail, and update accdb.
There is one Report form in 'Report2.0.accdb'.
'EMA(Free)' can receive e-mail from only one person.
