المستطرف في كل فن مستظرف

من أهم الكتب التي ألفها الأبشيهي وأوسعها انتشاراً، فهو كتاب موسوعي شامل لأطراف متباينة من فنون الأدب والحكمة والقول، ولا يرتكز إلى موضوع واحد وفكرة محدّدة، لمؤلفه شهاب الدين محمد بن أحمد أبي الفتح الأبشيهي نسبته إلى قرية أبْشيه (أبْشَواي) من قرى الفيّوم. أقام في المحلة، ورحل إلى القاهرة غير مرة، واستمع إلى دروس جلال الدين البُلقيني.درس الفقه والنحو وولي خطابة بلدته بعد أبيه. توفي سنة 852 هـ، وقيل سنة 850 هـ Of the most important books written by Alobshiha and the most widespread, it is a book encyclopaedic comprehensive varying parties of the arts of literature and wisdom, and to say, is not based to one specific idea of ​​the subject, authored by Shihab al-Din Muhammad ibn Ahmad Abu Al Fath Alobshiha attributed to the village Obshih (Abshway) from the villages of Fayoum.
