광명교회는 1903년 5월 2일 언더우드 선교사에 의해 세워져 오늘에 이르고 있습니다.
광명교회는 창조주 하나님을 경배하고 예수 그리스도를 주인으로 모시며 날마다 성령님을 의지하고 동행합니다.

광명교회는 오랜 교회의 역사와 함께 살아오신 어르신들로부터 초신자 및 어린 아이에 이르기까지 다양한 세대가 함께 예배를 드립니다.
광명교회 가족들 모두가 겸손으로 허리를 동이고 서로를 향하여 열린 마음으로 섬기며 사랑을 나눕니다.

광명교회는 세상에 지치고 피곤한 이들이 찬송과 기도, 그리고 말씀과 나눔을 통해
진정한 위로와 쉼을 누리는 치유 공동체 입니다.

세상에 빛과 소금의 역할을 감당하는 하나님의 청지기를 파송하는 선교 공동체 입니다.
광명교회는 이웃과 세상을 향하여 소망을 주며 복음의 기쁨을 나누는 일에 힘쓰겠습니다.
