언제부터인가 우연히 접한 호시노의 ‘바람’ 이라는 시를 좋아하게 되었습니다.
나무에 불면 녹색의 바람이 되고, 꽃에 불면 꽃바람이 되는데 나를 지나간 바람은
어떤 바람이 됐을까?
라는 시인의 깊은 고민이 저의 고뇌가 되었습니다.

혹시 나를 스쳐간 바람이 어떤 바람일까? 쓰레기 냄새나는 바람, 썩은 생선 냄새나는
바람, 갯 바람, 돈 바람, 춤 바람, 치마 바람, 부동산 바람(?).....
나를 지나간 그 바람이 신바람이 되고, 생명의 바람이 되고, 따뜻한 바람,
그리스도의 향기가 되었으면 좋겠습니다.
물론 나에게는 이런 것들이 없습니다. 그래서 불가능합니다. 하지만 살아있는
따뜻한 심장을 이식시켜 주시고, 붉은 피를 수혈해 주셨으며, 생명을 주신

예수 그리스도 그 분에게 가득합니다. 그 분이 내 안에 계시기에 행복합니다.
이 바람을 맡은 이들이 그 바람을 또 다른 사람에게, 또 다른 사람에게 나누었으면
더 이상 바랄 것이 없겠습니다.
