우리 어린이들은 우리가 원하지 않아도 주변의 환경과 부모님, 선생님들에 의하여 많은 것을 배우고 익히게
됩니다. 특히, 어린이와 함께 생화하는 주변 사람들의 모든 행동은 우리 아이에게 일생을 살아가는데 필요한
가장 기초적인 습관을 형성하게 합니다.
따라서, 건전한 신체, 창조적인 성격, 개방적이고 합리적인 지성과 친사회성을 다같이 발달시켜서 다른 사람과 조화를 이루며 살아갈 수 있는 원만한 인격을 형성할 수 있도록 지도하여야 합니다.
우리 유치원에서는 머리에 『든』사람보다는 가슴이 따뜻한 감성이 살아있는 『된』사람을 기르고자 모든 교육프로그램을 전인교육에 맞추어 개발 지도하고 있습니다.
모든 교육에 우선하여 인성교육을 우선하며 사람다운 사람으로 기르는 교육을 중시하여 경험중심의 현장학습으로 어린이가 스스로 지식을 구성하고 자기의 관찰내용과 탐구한 사실 및 본인의 생각을 논리적으로 표현할 수 있도록 토론의 기회를 제공하여 21세기에서 요구하는 종합적인 문제해결력을 갖춘 인간상을 구현하는데 중점을 두며 이를 위하여 모든 어린이에게 리더십 교육을 실시하고 있습니다.
