Bounce and Cycle

Welcome to Bounce and Cycle! By proceeding with this app, you are agreeing to complying with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of the use. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not proceed.
All customers and visitors to Bounc3 and Cycle3 (henceforth as Bounce) are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The content of this app is for your general information and booking for your bikes. You acknowledge the existence of and the need for rules and regulations governing your participation in and use of our Classes and Facilities. You agree to comply with any rules and regulations that are communicated to you in any reasonable manner, including by posting on this website or by posting at our facilities.
2. To proceed with your reservation using our Bounce app, you must create your own username and password.
3. You may reserve classes as soon as the monthly schedule is released. In order to make a reservation, you must first purchase a credit of at least $50. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have enough credit to proceed with your reservation. Payment can be made online via Baiduri, BIBD, or SCB. Please screenshot the transaction.

Payment can also be made in cash or by credit card at Bounce or Beard and Cutter on the first floor at D5. After payment, please contact the administrator at 8989995 (or an alternative contact provided by the administrator) to top up your credit. Any unused balance that is inactive for three (3) months will be expired, and no refunds will be provided. Any balance that is NOT used, or NOT expired, can be refunded.
4. There will be no cancellation or refunds. It will be your responsibility to find replacements. All sales are final upon reservation.
5. We shall not be liable to you for any personal property that is damaged, lost or stolen while on or around our premises including, but not limited to, its contents or any property left in a locker. You shall be liable to us for any damage to our facilities and any equipment, furniture or fixture located thereon caused by you.
6. We reserve the right to modify, amend or supplement any such rules and regulations; to add, eliminate, or alter any program, service or equipment; and change class and package prices in the future when deemed necessary or desirable in our sole discretion.
7. By signing up for and/or attending classes and other programs at Bounce, you hereby agree that there are inherent risks and dangers in indoor cycling, and in exercising and using the exercise equipment. In consideration of being allowed to participate in and access classes, facilities, and equipment provided by Bounce, in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, you hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Bounc3 and Cycl3, its officers, agents, members, employees, representatives, and all others from any and all responsibility, claims, rights, causes of action and/or liability from injuries or damages to your person or property resulting from your participation in and use of classes and facilities. You also hereby represent that you have no medical or physical condition which would prevent you from attending or using any of Bounce’s classes or facilities, and that you have not been instructed by a medical doctor not to do so.
