Loved using the app to meet people but not sure how much it speeds up checkin? Maybe if you are staying at lots of hostels... either way cool idea for meeting other people checked in to your hostel ;)

When uploadong profile picture it gets stuck and cannot continue registering.

A pointless app that neither smoothens nor streamlines the check-in process. Got told at the reception that I needed it, refused after the app asked me for ID and then I got told I could do it the normal way which took less time than downloading the app.

I had some problems initially with this app with it crashing and unable to upload some things, but the support team was quick and responsive trying to help and so far it has worked. it seems a good app for speeding up your check in process.

Stop making people download apps they don't want. Forcing people to use your app is a good way to get a terrible rating. It'll make me rethink my next hostel stay. Have to download an app to confirm my booking? Ya...no, I'll just stay somewhere else thanks.

App doesn't recognise email or booking ID. Why is it mandatory to use to confirm the booking or check in when you have to pay on arrival anyway??!

I just don't want my passport scand and saved on some app. And even more, I dont want to take some random selfies after long hour trips just to make check in. You see me-in front of you. So stupid and unnecessary.

Pathetic, unnecessary and useless. Arrived at Base/Nomads in Airlie Beach, waited hours to check in, joined the queue and then we were told that we had to download this app. 45 minutes later, when it hadn't worked, they checked us in with our ID and payment with no apparent problem. When we returned from a trip 3 days later to check in again, we were told that we had to download the app for "security" reasons... I have never known checking into a hostel to be a difficult or time-consuming process, until now. Everywhere else we've stayed manages without this app, and since arriving guests still have to pay and be told about the hostel facilities/layout/rules anyway, it did not seem to speed up the process for those who had somehow managed successfully to install and activate it. Also, I'm not comfortable with uploading my passport details, no matter how secure you claim my information will be. This app is an attempt to solve a problem that never existed, creating many more problems in the process. I will avoid staying anywhere that insists I use it, even if it means I have to pay more.

They make you answer ridiculous questions just to check into your hostel. Waste of time in my opinion. Also the app crashes every time I try to change the profile picture so I've got this permanent hideous photo they made me take with their tablet that was glued to thee reception desk.

Usefull app to check in for multiple locations. On top of that, it saves your bookings.

It was ok at first, maybe 3 stars, but after I closed the app I could not log back in. Also, it is a small app with few downloads and required my passport info for account creation which makes me feel uneasy...

Downloaded it as I supposedly need to use it to check in for a hostel. Completely unusable app - didn't recognise my email address. Then crashes every single time I try to enter the information manually.

Its like getting a boarding pass at the airport - saves you time and has cool social features to meet other guests

Amazing app! Checked in before i arrived and i could see other people staying at the same time which was cool

Need second Device to activate my account which is annoying. Everytime I switch to my email to get the code and switch back to the app I have to request a new code.. I like the idea if the app though. Dev's keep it up!
