Met deze app kunt u op makkelijke en veilige wijze informatie uitwisselen en samenwerken met uw accountantskantoor.

Documenten goed- of afkeuren
Denk aan belastingaangiften en jaarrekeningen. U kunt daarna aangeven dat ze direct verstuurd moeten naar bijvoorbeeld de Belastingdienst of Kamer van Koophandel. U krijgt een pushnotificatie als er een nieuw document klaarstaat om te accorderen.

Uw online dossier
U kunt uw online dossier bij uw accountantskantoor inzien, documenten bekijken en deze opslaan of openen in andere apps. Ook kunt u zelf documenten scannen met de app en deze direct opslaan in een map om deze te delen met uw accountantskantoor. Denk aan facturen of contracten.

Actuele nieuwsberichten
In de app ziet u actuele nieuwsberichten die speciaal voor u zijn geselecteerd op basis van uw profiel of de branche waarin u werkzaam bent.

Contact opnemen
In de app ziet u de contactgegevens van uw accountantskantoor, inclusief vestigingslocatie op de kaart om de route te plannen. Ook vindt u hier een video-uitleg van de mogelijkheden van het portaal.

Algemene informatie over de app
Om deze app te gebruiken heeft u de inloggegevens nodig van het klantenportaal van uw accountantskantoor. Vraag uw relatiebeheerder of zij u dit ook aanbieden. Na het invoeren van uw inloggegevens en eventueel een SMS-code, kiest u een persoonlijke PIN-code om in het vervolg op de app in te loggen. Zo blijven de gegevens in de app altijd veilig bewaard en zijn ze toch gemakkelijk te bereiken. Als u bent ingelogd en u heeft toegang tot meerdere entiteiten (bijvoorbeeld bedrijven), dan kunt u direct bij alle functionaliteit voor deze entiteiten.
Het kan ook zijn dat u bepaalde onderdelen uit de app niet ziet of daar geen toegang tot heeft. Dat kan afhankelijk zijn van de cliëntentiteit die u bekijkt en de voor u beschikbare modules en informatie. General information about the app
To use this app you need the credentials of the customer portal of your accounting firm. Ask your relationship manager if they offer this. After entering your credentials and possibly an SMS code, choose a personal PIN code to log in the sequel to the app. Thus the data in the app always remain safely stored and they are still easily accessible. If you are logged in and you have access to multiple entities (eg companies), please direct all functionality for these entities.
It may be that you do not see certain parts of the app, or who have no access to. That may depend on the client entity you are viewing and the modules available to you and information.
