Hol & Molenbeek, van oudsher een gerenommeerd kantoor in Utrecht, opgericht in 1954 met midden jaren 2000 een achttal vestigingen rondom en in Utrecht stad. Ons kantoor in Soest is een samenvoeging met ons kantoor in Bilthoven en ontstaan na een management buy-out in 2007/2008. Wij hebben een nauwe samenwerking met onze collega’s in Zeist.

Door de gewijzigde marktomstandigheden (internet) is het steeds minder van belang om in iedere plaats een vestiging te hebben. Waar vroeger een etalage met je aanbod een “must” was om de woningen onder de aandacht te brengen, zie je nu dat dit bijna volledig door internetapplicaties is overgenomen. Hoewel wij niet zonder internet meer kunnen in de makelaardij, staat bij ons de persoonlijke aandacht voor de klant bovenaan. Wij leveren een mix van hedendaagse technieken in combinatie met onze persoonlijke aandacht.
Onze kracht is, naast brede ervaring in regio Eemland, De Bilt en omgeving, de persoonlijke aandacht voor onze klanten. Wij behandelen klanten zoals we zelf ook behandeld willen worden.
