Can't get all it promises

App closed as I was placing a refill order (this was my first time using the app..sigh)! Now it won't open at all. Going back to the other app for now, but sure would've been nice to have reminders. I enjoy checking things off my To Do list. Having a sense of accomplishment throughout my day, keeps me feeling positive & motivated about my health or anything else for that matter.

Not flexible enough to schedule. I take some medicines in the mornings, some twice a day at different strength. Program does not support this type of usage with twice a day reminders Not user friendly.

Needs more flexibility. As meds are adjusted need to be able to delete reminders (not just change) more schedule options too.

I do not want the reminders, at all. Just a simple list of meds, as the original app had. I take too many pills and have my own system of physical reminders. I want to check and order my meds only. NO reminders. I will not be using this app until I can turn reminders completely off.

The screen to order refills is incapable of working as it believes there’s no network connection. Oddly enough, while it offers a reminder system to ensure forgetful patients take their medications at the right time, it expects them to type their ‘secure’ (but likely–forgotten) password in every time they need to view or dismiss a reminder.

Keeps crashing on my Samsung Note 3. VERY disappointed because this could be very useful for me.

Why is this only available in a few locations?

The app works, but needs more work, like the ability to delete and edit already set meds. Also, never received any response to my questions for app questions. Ended up having to delete app and reinstall to change med schedule!

Needs more flexibility for medication scheduling. I take some meds twice a day and some once a day and I would like a reminder for each time.

Does not work with Samsung Knox protection. Won't accept input on login screen.

Notifications will just stop working until you restart your phone.

Not getting any of my medication reminders.

Being a Kaiser member for so many years, have l, any right to this app! Why? Because I live in Southern California. And about this app, making calls, no one knew anything. To the KP support team, my ideas or feedback were to assist help make improvements for the KP Web site.

It would be a great app if I didn't need to sign in everytime I have a reminder to take a med. Please fix this or tell me what I have done wrong.

Great help! The only problem is that you can only have it for the first person if for a family member it doesn't work! That is to bad as it would be great to have all togethre

App is a great way to maintain a list of medications BUT the reminder requires you to sign-in EVERY SINGLE TIME to dismiss the reminder (the settings feature to allow you to skip this does NOT work). If this was fixed it would easily be a 4 +star app.

Has to have an active US Internet connection to work. If you travel outside the United States or were you don't have Internet it is not the app for you

Great app for people who need reminders to take their medications but that's not me. What I really need are reminders when it's time to order more, especially early enough so I can use mail order.

Northern Cali KP great app

If I am logged in, at today's level of technology, I expect that my meds will be there and not require typing in everything on the label.

After many attempts on trying to communicate and fix the glitches with this app I'm done with it. I found another app to use that's much easier.

I'm in east coast KP system, so its useless to us. 3 stars only B/c I can't use it and make a decision.

Overall app fails because it constantly resets personal settings. Notification sound and reminder intervals revert to default settings on a regular basis which is annoying and a major drag.

Southern Californian's unfortunately have to take meds too, so why won't this app work for me ?! As soon as I first opened the app it shut down - although it was at least kind enough to tell me that it was only good for Northern California patients, & that my info would be deleted from my phone - NOT GOOD!!!!!!!

Works great even allows me to skip med if away from home. And now no need to sign in for every reminder - fantastic!

This is not a good app. I scheduled my meds at certain times. & the alarms don't go off. After setting the times.. Needs work.

I tried to install and run this app twice and it did not work. I could sign in but on the next page it would close on its own. I'm disappointed. This could have been a lot of help for me.

Needs a daylight savings switch. All schedule s are now 1 hour later

I never miss my pill any more always on time and right dose everytime thanks

Takes too long to log in for each dose when the log in screen lags. Otherwise great app.

Seems like a helpful app, but it just crashes on my phone.
