This is NOT an official page plus application, if it wasn't obvious enough already. I am simply a page plus user who wanted a decent way to check my balance, so I wrote this.
Update Feb-13-2014: Page Plus actually called me yesterday, demanding I take this down. They gave no reason other than 'they are page plus', when I told them that wasn't good enough, they said they would get google to take it down for them. I encourage you to call or email page plus and tell them how ridiculous they are, or switch providers. This app will remain free and open source on the github URL below, and I will also put it up on the free f-droid market shortly.
Page Plus now all of the sudden after about 3 years wants this app removed from the market because they *may* write their own app *sometime* in the future. If it does get removed, it will always be available at the github URL below (so bookmark it), but maybe you should email page plus to tell them you would like this app to remain on the market if it's helpful to you.
This app allows Page Plus users to check up on their balance, minutes, texts, and data using the least amount of data transfer possible, OR via SMS.
Currently tested and works on Pay-go, TnT1200, and Unlimited plans. If it doesn't work on your plan, email me the HTML source to your page plus account info and I'll add in support.
If you have issues or requests for this app, please create an issue at the github link below. If you can't do that, email me at android@moparisthebest.org, but know that github issues will receive priority.

Keep getting an error saying "phone name doesn't exist" although I'm spelling it correctly. App should not even need your phone name to give balance.

Works fine on my Incredible. If it doesn't update I would suspect it is the PagePlus website. That thing sucks!

Works great on both my phones. Sometimes requires a double fetch, but most likely a fault on Pageplus's end.

Tried everything and still don't work. Keeps stating "Phone name not correct" I will just use my browser to check my balance.

Doesn't work - says phone name doesn't exist. I notice that it forces the first letter of the phone name to lowercase - maybe that's the problem?

Clearly, PagePlus do not offer an API for this, so even the tiniest change on their server will break this app. Nice try though. I'll go back to txting BAL to 7243

This app is great! Works for any account. Instead of phone model, type in the nickname of your phone. Should work. Rom 8:28

It worked sometimes on my Droid. On my Fascinate it will not up date and gives me a "Not trusted server certificate" error.

Won't allow me to enter my username and password(that work on the website) to check my balance. I continually get an error message that username/ password is incorrect..... and neither of them are.

The app works ok for me. Simple and plane. Only pageplus app out there and free, so what do you ask? There might be protocol changes from pageplus side but unless they themselves comes up with a genuine one, this one is so far the only choice. I have also communicated with the author for a bug reporting and he responds promptly. Glad to help him out. For those complaining about not working, shall you first understand what the phone name means in pageplus. If pageplus offers API to query the all the phone names under an account, I believe the author will do it but they probably don't. So, it is now your reprehensibility to fill in right one.

Simply text the word BAL to 7243 (at least that's the 4 digit on my acct) and the system immediately sends you the same thing. No need to have an app that just takes space unnecessarily. Just my 2 cents.

This app would be ideal if it was always showing balance on the home page. See if you could develop a way to show data, mins, msgs AND "last updated" info.
