هو مشروع ابتدأت فكرته الأولي في العام 1995 وتم انشاء اول تجمع لهذا المشروع الخيري يوم 1-2-1996 وكان عدد الأعضاء وقتها لا يتجاوز العشرة اعضاء من قبيلة الرشايدة . كانت فكرة المشروع ولا زالت هي عبارة عن صندوق خيري يقدم المساعدة المالية لأعضائه بصفة قروض ميسرة الدفع بدون فؤائد ( صفر ) وذلك لدعم أبناء الأسرة الواحدة ولدعم استقرار الحالة الإجتماعية والأسرية لكل من الوالدين والأبناء في حال حاجتهم المادية في حياتهم اليومية . يقوم أعضاء مجلس إدارة الصندوق بإدارة هذا التجمع الخيري بشكل تطوعي غير مدفوع الأجر وتم تطوير هذا المشروع فنيا منذ بداية الانشاء وحتي يومنا هذا بشكل جيد وسريع وحسب أحدث التقنيات الحديثة المتوفرة في الأسواق . يرحب دائما أعضاء وإدارة صندوق الخير بانضمام الجميع لهذا التجمع الخيري الهادف لدعم الأسرة وحفاضها علي الاستقرار الأجتماعي . صندوق الخير – دولة الكويت Is a project that began the initial idea in 1995 was the establishment of the first gathering of this charity project on 2/1/1996 and the number of members at the time not to exceed ten members of the Rashaida tribe.
