한국로타리 ZONE 9,10A 지역의 국제로타리 3740지구로서, 충북지역내에 있는 봉사단체로 구성되어 있음. 약 69개 클럽에 회원수 2,800명 정도의 클럽으로서 12개 지역으로 나누어 활동하고 있음. 로타리 강령을 준수하고, 4가지 표준을 지키며 초아의 봉사를 하는 단체로서 세계적으로 다양한 봉사활동을 하고 있음
