Reality checks are used in almost every lucid dreaming technique. As such, they are the first skill most lucid dreamers learn and the tool they rely on most throughout their dreaming career.
A reality check is a simple thought-process or action that is consistently practiced (during waking life) to evaluate whether you are dreaming or not. This may sound silly, but the more you practice, the more likely you will be to do it in your dreams. Habitual actions and thoughts recur more frequently in the dream world, just like in normal life, which is why training yourself to practice your reality checks often will translate into more lucid dreams.

Nice app. But it should have a Are you dreaming? Notification that has a yes or no button. Would make reality checks more easier. And a number count. :)

Simple app, and I only have a few criticisms: there should be 45 minute and 90 minute intervals available. I also have experienced where the check goes off and if music is playing, both the music and check are very very loud for just a moment, which can be jarring.

The volume on my music goes on max for a fraction of a second which is really inconvenient when I got ear buds in, also it should let you choose what times to go off as oppose to starting a timer when you start it

It should let you have an ability to change the text. For example instead of displaying "is it a dream", I should be able to put "are you dreaming?" Plus, like someone mentioned already, when you're listening to music and the app goes off, it boosts the volume all the way up. Please fix these two issues. This app could be good, but it needs to be updated and worked on.

How do you clear the history log? Also, can you change the time format to 12 hour with AM/PM instead of 24 hour format?

I love the functionality of this app. It's so great to have a non-intruding reality check throughout my day. Only problem is that if I'm listening to something when the alert comes, the volume shoots all the way up on my music and makes my ears feel like rupturing. Thats the only qualm I have with an otherwise great app.

I really like this app but one problem is that when I set vibro pattern to "non" the sound alert also stops.

The vibration works to alert me but the sound is too low. If this is fixed I will give 5/5.

Its sinuous even when I turned the volume to 1 and now I have a head ache and for some reason I hear static now halp meee
