Latest Version has stopped working saying problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Still not working.

Just updated and now kicks me off when I open the app!

It works as it's supposed to but the rewards just arent that good. Can you try and get the vue ticket back as well as 2 for 1 at hollywood bowl please

When sharing via tweet it says there is a problem and you dont get your extra points! Also ts and cs never show on the offers!

Edit: Having seen the post below I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and all is now working. Good! I work in the field of mobile commerce and retail for an international association and happen to live in Eastleigh, so I'm glad I will be able to show my colleagues an example of how BLE beacons can enhance the offering. I'm looking forward to see how the app evolves.

Works after installing, but then when reopening will not work, have to reinstall every time I want to collect points.

Latest version keeps asking for bluetooth to be on and has no options for spending points aquired.

Im in the middle of the swan centre - blue tooth on - connected to the wifi - the app has told me to check in - yet when i check in - no sorry ur not in the swan.

After recent upgrade on s4 mini, i can no longer get it to work. It crashes after requesting permission to turn on bluetooth feature...

Very poor app what's the point in creating Some think that don't work properly

I was having the same problem with the app closing but then I uninstalled it and redownloaded it and it now works (on 24th March). I kept all my points so now very happy with it.

I was obviously expecting a lot more out of this app, hopefully as time goes on there will be more deals

Had to uninstal as I couldn't open the app and it kept freezing my phone I did work but now ive lost all my points

Doesnt work since the update tried installing and reinstalling it very peed off.

The rewards are a good idea but the app CONSTANTLY breaks meaning you have to uninstall and reinstall it endless times to get it to work. New deals would be good too...

The idea is brilliant however it is constantly breaking down, I've uninstalled, reinstalled, over and over again, the tech guys in swan center have tried to resolve the problem several times but still it continues to stop working!!

After contacting provider swift responses and a re-install the application is working again.

It won't let me in just keeps going back to home screen

Every time I try and run this it crashes my phone. The only way to recover has been a hard reset because none of the physical or soft buttons respond normally.

Rubbish app. Asks you to create an account which is fine but as soon as you go to log in an error message comes up saying that the information being given doesn't match their records. Tried to re-set password but another error message says you are already a registered member. Infuriating. Avoid at all costs which is a real shame as it's a good idea.

Hey everyone you can get 30 free points a day by clicking the facebook symbol then pressing back then the twitter symbol then back and then the email symbol and back - all without actually sharing on anything and annoying everyone ;P the app is pretty good, needs better offers though. Oh, and since update it won't open properly at all. Besides that it's decent, I'll up the stars when it's back working!

Totally worthless app. I can never connect to the WiFi on the location to receive my rewards and the app won't even stay open longer than 3 seconds. I thought this was a brilliant app idea so I'm disappointed. Useless. Don't bother.

Seems to do what it says on the tin. Just need to earn some points now!

The loading image appears then after a few seconds the app crashes

Constantly asking me to enable my gps since last update, even though gps is enabled. Makes check in impossible.

Love this app. So easy to use and you get rewards everytime you visit the Swan Centre

Easy to use, no problems. Good little app, nice to get something back :)

I have tried to check in for 3days now, no matter where i am in the swan centre it says im so many km away tried with and without gps really annoying

I got 50 points for free :D
