This app is slow it is near to halt i need to spend atleast 30mins just to open it up. Otherwise the workout i love them. And i can t even tap for pause it doesnt respond..... this will b my last try to use it and ill uninstall soon..i feel sad because i love the workouts....

I love this app. It has helped me work out at home by reminding me. I love the voice as it helps me do each exercise better and helps me stay aware of the time. It even has a meal plan for standard eating and another for vegans. Great app!

I love this app... Wish I could sync it with Samsung fit that would be awesome.... Other than that this app is the ish... Right now I have just completed day 5 of my 21 challenge and so far I feel great...it's really great... Feels like I have a personal trainer here sometimes

I really like it. I think the workouts are too short, but I just redo a couple of days at once and that's satisfying. I only use it for a week so I can't be more helpful, but I do like the app and workouts. Also live that it combines all of the minutes I worked out all together.

I do like this app, there are lots of options for improving body fitness and toning muscles . It does remind you that you haven't used the app recently, when in fact I am quite familiar with many of the exercises now, and don't need to keep opening up this app

I love it , just slightly to fast change between some exercises. Like it tells me rest and few sec later already I have to be prepared for starting new exercise. Foe a total beginner it's on the fast side. Other than that I really love!

This app is the best one that I have found and enjoyed. I love that I can set an alarm to remind me, it has a meal plan that you can look at and mark off when your shopping. I do wish that it had more stretching when you finish the workout, but all in all, this is amazing!

For an earlier version with enough time for warm-up and cool down exercises. What happened? I was surprised that I only needed to do 1 warm up for the 21-day challenge and 2 cool down exercises after each round. Please install it back. Really liked the features of the older version.
