When your xmr wallet doesn't recognize xmr addresses, you need a new wallet.

I generally stay away from online wallets where I have no control over the private key.. however.. cold storage for so many different types of currencies requires so much hard drive space and bandwidth to sync the block chain. I've put trust in you guys! So far the experience has been excellent. I managed to send Monero to my freewallet successfully.. and i was able to successfully send some back out to another wallet. So for those wondering if it actually works, it does. Do you guys plan on doing a wallet for Siacoin or Ripple?

Terrible application. All it does is say "there was an error try again..." when you try to login. It doesn't matter if you use Facebook login, Google login or email login it still gives you the same stupid message.

Question to developers: this app allows me to send the monero to other address as other form of crypto currencies. So, I have a bit coin account in zebpay. Can I use that bit coin address to receive the monero in the form of bitcoins in that address ?? Kindly reply

An absolutely awesome Monero wallet! It's safe through a login with my Google Account or other methods, so I won't lose my coins!

DO NOT USE THIS APP I WENT TO SEND A LARGE AMOUNT OF XMR AND IT SAID TRANSACTION FAILED AND I STILL HAVEN'T SEEN MY XMR RETURNED OR NOTHING AND I CONTACTED SUPPORT I'M FURIOUS !!!!!!

FreeWallet is new and has a great philosophy for mass adoption of crypto currency. However, as of 2017Q2 it feels like Beta testing as the dev team is getting the kinks out, which is still fine right now. I look forward to updates on their suite of apps and the consolidated "Free Wallet" app!

This wallet is an integral part of free wallet, which is excellent by concept utterly failed in execution. From this wallet you can buy funds but cannot sell them. Buying rate is extremely high, more than one and half times higher. Does anyone can make profits? Their transfer times is way too long. First time it took 10 minutes to transfer and second time it took 30 minutes. Other reputed wallets send with in seconds. Bottom line, lot of imptovement is needed to be a sucessfull competitor.

Pay out not working. I tried to transfer my XMR to other wallets(eth,btc,rep) it says transaction complete but I never received the money on the other wallets. Edit: support got the transactions to work, but still in this kind of app it would be nice if payout works without issues.

PAYOUTS NOT WORKING. MISSING MONERO. Proper address and payment ID were used, app shows payment complete, yet xmr never reached its destination. Ive contacted support with all information for transaction and have yet to receive a reply.

Nearly nonexistent or irrelevant support. Transfer rates generate them in excess of double digit percentages above the actual value of the currency and 48 hours after reporting reporting the complete loss of all of my funds I am greeted with one irrelevant question and no answers. The aforementioned double digit yields are not going to anyone competent from my view. Only positive: I didn't jump in to this app with both feet, only a negligible amount. If you're hiring though, I am game to be paid to do a poor job any time. (; Update: no relevant help still! Terrible.

These thief's continue to reply to my comments as if everything is normal. No it is not. Their reply are all lies. On Reddit the word now is they are doing the same on eth. People are claiming they have stolen 8 million dollars on eth alone. Time for google to put a stop on this and fbi should be alerted

Updated review, I managed to get my money out after a while. Still will no use for a while see how it goes.
