Will not let me send Zcash! Apart from no access to private keys as a "feature" the response from support is beginning to make me think there may be a bigger issue with the wallet. Withdrawal is frozen in the app. Support blamed the ZEC blockchain and said to wait, but the blockchain is fine. If there's a problem just be honest, a response like that makes me concerned that I'm getting scammed.

Scamwallet!!!Read the reviews. I'm not the only one who has been scammed.I keep getting the run around from support.They have my tokens which I purchased from ICOs but are not passing them on to me. Look on Ethplorer, there are many many tokens in their cold wallet which they have they have theived. Beware!!!

just a newbie in terms of cryptocurrency . the question is. is it safe to hold zcash on this app? i currently use bittrex as a temporary wallet but i have read few threads that its not safe to hold coins on exchange such as bittrex

The app is good but it doesn't pay automatically, you need to send first the hash. For a non-knowledgeable of this process it is a difficult task. Wish they just pay automatically like the other faucet.

I want to send my ZEC to somewhere else. When I scan QR or enter address - it says Unknown Address - Choose Currency. However, Text above Send Coins to ? (? should be ZEC) Address. I am not able to choose next step and link below that button PROCEED ANYWAY seems non functional. Guide me.

Needs more work regarding information on transaction, my zec was stuck in transaction and it has been resolved.

Try to exhange on a high rate against BTC but the transaction took 3 hours to go through and I ended up at a much lower rate that costed me a lot of money!

Do not bother with this app. You cannot get your ZEC out of the wallet when you want. The developer will choose when to process your transaction and you will loose a lot of money. The support team is also not responding when contacted. Stay away!!

Can't withdraw from wallet. Stuck on "Requires email confirmation" message while no actual email for confirmation has been recieved ever. Support is either incompetent or apathetic. Currently have 2.1 Zcash (640+ USD) being held by these guys with no actual help from their customer support. User id is 97ed14e3...so much with "getting back to me shortly" seriously these scammers should be sent to jail for straight up stealing. Their last suggestion of not withdrawing all my zcash didnt work either.
