Had to come and redo my review, since the name change and update, this game is very boring and the pay outs are not happening. You barley get a win bigger than your bet. So I play for a couple of spins then I'm out. I have lost millions in a matter of minutes. This game has lost me! Used to be fun!

Don't play, you will waste your time, takes longer to download and set up than the worth of your money. Definitely one of the worst, graphics are ok but they are even tighter than Real casino. Just terrible!

I have been playing this app for years, when it was big fish if I ever had a problem it was resolved in a fairly timely manner. The payouts were never great, but decent. Now that it has switched to Epic, it's horrible, payouts are extremely low, and customer service is HORRIBLE! I've been waiting for support since 12/28 with no resolution, even though they tell you 24-72 hours, first response was yesterday and it was generic and there was no followup even though I responded right away to it. I'm fed up, it's time to find another way to waste time and money. Stay away from this app!

Google User 333 It is a money pit, especially since the upgrade or change. Always buying points to run out again. No benefit to being level Emerald. Rarely hit or get into the bonus. Ready to inactivate!! Very frustrating. Used to be my favorite!!!

Thought all bugs and glitches were fixed. Keep getting unexpected error please try again. Why does it take 200 spins in new games before you get a bonus game. Emerald doesn't seem to be fair. And it's taking just as long to get to the next level as it did at the lower level. Don't expect royal treatment but I do feel that the higher your tier is the better the payout. Get these fixed and I will give you 5 stars again. I do absolutely love the games. Keep up the good work

Started out ok, but won mega jackpot, had 5+mil already and won $600K but not added to total. Also, too many hangups on loading. Some wouldn't complete. Too many problems, going to uninstall. Could be good games...without bugs. 8>[

Takes your coins every time, it takes me Longer to load and collect coins then to actually play.frustrating all these games waist your time. You want us to play and pay make the games enjoyable to play shop is worth spending cash on your coins...grrrr

Ever since the last update the payouts are slim to none. I spent 3 million in about 5 minutes and I didn't get a payout over my bet. If it doesn't change I'm going to uninstall this game and report it for being a unpaying money pit. I also want to tell people that if you win a huge amount and the game crashes you lose the win you got and you only get back a fraction of what the win was. I won 15 million in a bonus game and the game crashed all I got back was 100 thousand and didn't get to finish the bonus round.

This app has not the reach the top best casino game to play, this app is not worth the money to put in an play. On some games the bonus freezes then you'll have to exit the game and start over as soon as u done that the games just start eating all your chips.

This is my favorite slot game by far. Everyday there are new "events. I like it that you get more points hourly as you go up a level. They also have enough new slots so you don't get bored. Bargain purchase deals and new challenges daily.. Downside customer service is horrible as rarely any issues solved in less than 5 days but I think this is par for the course for these games

Just 2 let u all no don't buy any coins from ere I spent £9.99 last week didn't get any coin or bonus coin checked my bank and not only took the money they took another £8.99 contacted them 2 b told they need a receipt which I neva got as I didn't get my coins they r refusing 2 do anything about it

Used to be good but way too many freeze ups and crashes, games not loading, unable to get in to games that have loaded but just won't open. This last one very frustrating when doing a heads up challenge, you waste a ticket and loose the match through no fault of your own. Seems to be much worse since they changed the name to this. Now you can't get kudos points or like wins. As it stands I would not recommend this game. Also bonus rounds often pay out virtually nothing.

Had to uninstall because it stopped working whenever I was given free game. When I reinstalled it I lost everything. Not worth playing. You never answer problems

I have played this game almost everyday for over 6 months and pretty much lose everything right away. It's fun when you get to play for more than 10 spins, but that is maybe once a month.

The games are fun, but the payouts suck. And the bonus spins you get after collecting your time bonuses are cheap and useless.

My game constantly freezes, it did not pay up on the recent promotion of 30k per star earned. I earned 5, but got credit for only one. Plus the games jerk or skip when i am close to winning big. Since the update, this game has gone downhill.

I play this a lot and used to really like it, but recently it's become very frustrating. It's glitchy, has just kicked me off a 1:1 I was winning due to "inactivity", when actually the stupid thing had just frozen on me. So annoying when it should have paid out! I love that the games are really great but the tournaments are just impossible to win and I love how most the games have jackpot party and jackpot rush but the jackpots are difficult to get. I LOVE that you meet different people from all over the world too
