Smurfs' Village

No longer playable. Crashes constantly. Since it needs 694 MB instead of the 320 it used to take I think it is time to delete. Its been a fun 5 years. Since I'm environmentally responsible I'm not purchasing a new device just to play smurfs.

I got problems with my Smurfs. The graphic trees in my village cannot be seen. Like it was vanish just like that. Please help me with this issue. Thank you very much.

Love the game. Just redownloaded for like the 10th time. I do hate that i can never retrieve my old game. Starting yesterday, my minigames stopped working. When you click on greedy's game or handys workshop, nothing. What is going on? Please help fix this.

I love the game and have played it for years on various tablets. Love the graphics and free smurfberries. I have gained VIP status maybe four different times. The one fault is that it freezes a lot. Gets frustrating.

Its an awesome game and i love that you can now save the game as i have lost a few games over past 2 yrs. I still have issues with compleating a task then all of a sudden have to do itf again on next log in.

You need to add a building where we can store our holiday decorations and other things. I have other games where you can store thing you purchase. Other than that I love the game

My game crashed again. I've been waiting for a few weeks for a reply. I would either like my game to be fixed, as I was on about level 45, or restart with all the smurfberries that I purchased

It's a game I've been playing for years it's so fun that I've had to restart from the beginning and I don't mind too much ,there so many levels to explore I lie it.

just lost the game wouldnt open had to uninstall and reinstall hope it works i was at level 45 the game started again from the start so i lost the whole game hiw can i get it back having problems updating for Xmas please help me

19.12.17 Another update & 24 hours plus of lost game work. PATHETIC! PLEASE STOP THE UPDATES AS I KEEP LOSING TIME, MONEY AND PROGRESS!!! 11.12.17 Again with an update comes issues and no solution! As it was being updated I purchased a smurf hut and smurfberries. What did i get for my money...zilch. I was told they would send it to me yet over 24 hours later no response and no items. So once again ZERO stars. I hope to one day rate it based on the game itself... Worst customer service ever & poor to pathetic technical glitches associated with the game. I spend good money on this game yet can't seem to get my Smurfs from travelling to another galaxy. The update was meant to bring back my smurfs, well some did some didn't. After 5 weeks of waiting I am now told I have to wait until the next update with the ridiculous reason of there being an issue in getting them now. No actual reason as to why given. ZERO stars based on the ongoing glitches. Fix it correctly and I'll rate you accordingly!

Best game ever highly addictive and if you have any problems the customer support is brilliant now . I used to play this before and it crashed 3 times lost everything I had but so far so good this time

Love the game, but how do you find others that play and can help them. I've logged into Facebook but it just takes me to the Smurfs Village facebook page to like. Please fix, you can't play with anyone else and visit other villages.

I like this game, but there are too many Smurfy wonders. I have 5 Smurfy wonders, a weather machine, and a hut to build. However, I do not have enough resources and they are too hard to come by. We need more resources or the Smurfy wonders need to take a lot less resources.

Getting a Beano ad when I try to watch ads with the travellers wagon thing that crashes my game or doesn't give rewards.. Can't do anything with it and get the same ad over and over. Please fix?

Yeah, I love my Smurf. This game was done right. I've had this game for over 4 months, it's the longest time I have ever kept a game. I still love it.

I love this little game. The only complaint is how many things have to be bought with berries.

I love playing the game but I hate when I try to see the videos cause they always shuts off my smurfs game or don't give me the smurfberries bits after I watch them alway Through, and since updated it not response to my Google and cuts off

I lost the hot air balloon, and its not available for buying new one, it says complementary

Requires a strong processor in one's device, is very advanced. Continued updates maintain the challenge and fun! I can spend hours playing.

I love this game. wish stuff was cheaper I might buy extras. Great time passer. Keep up the updates cant wait to see what's next

Love the smurfs, but everything take long to get, because smurfberrys is difficult to get.
