It's fun but I'm not paying 3.99 a month to unlock puzzles. You don't even update the puzzles.

It's a very good app to install many games and more interesting app

Permission to make phone calls!? What!?

Once you get it you HAVE TO pay to play it.

it's a kids game make it free all the way around loose the permissions as well....if you want to have people pay for it then let us buy it at 2.99 or whatever and be done with it I don't wanna have to go and pay that every month for my child to use every now and then! other than that loved it

I have not received new puzzles. For an app that I'm paying for you think I would receive the weekly new puzzles

I signed up for the free trial and my son and I loved it! I used to love Highlights Hidden Pictures when I was a kid and I'm excited to share it with my 4 year old. We liked it so much we kept the subscription...as soon as the free trial ended, the app immediately asked for access to my contacts. I denied access and then it asked to "manage or make phone calls from this device"I denied this as well. Now I cant use the app until I give these permissions. Why in the world would this game need this info?

My 4 yr old daughter gets the paper form in the mail of Highlights. She enjoys it very much, so I downloaded it to my phone. She did all of them with her Papa so I subscribed to get the "rest" of the puzzles. Now it wants access to MY calls in MY phone. I think not. Always something in fine print. This IS A KIDS GAME! Change the app permissions or you will lose parents interest, when there are MANY MORE APPS that dont require personal information AND that remain FREE! Highly unsatisfied!

Once a month the app states I am not subscribed. I have to cancel my subscription and subscribe again losing all my progress!seriously doing it again!,,

Had to cancel subscription after the app stopped working because I would not give it permission to access contacts or to make and receive calls. Unfortunate, because my 2yo really loved playing this game and now you can't even open it without these permissions. Can someone explain why a hidden picture game for kids needs my contacts and the ability to make phone calls?

Why do you need to access my contact list? Why do you need to make calls from my phone? They set it up like this is a free childrens game so kids give them access to parents personal info.

I downloaded it for my 7 year old because i ejoyed Highlights hidden picture as a kid but he said it was just too hard and I was very disappointed that it is a trial version...how do I cancel this app so I don't get billed?

Don't get suckered in my this crappy Highlights app, which certainly is not free and needs permission to pretty much everything private on your phone. WORST APP EVER!

Why does it need to make phone calls? That's an odd permission to request. And a free trial should not require you to pay up front. As a subscriber to the print magazine, I am very disappointed in the misrepresentation of this app.

Even though you can download the app for free as soon as you do you have to subscribe with a $3.99 monthly fee. Also why dose it need access to your pictures, contacts, or need to make calls?!?

LOVE the game HATE the permissions. It doesn't make since to require those permissions. My 3.5 yr old daughter enjoyed it. I enjoyed it. Takes me back to being a kid.

Won't run unless it gets access to my phone and my contacts. Deleted in a flash. Somebody's programmer messed up and I'm not paying $4/month to wait it out.

Why should I let you manage my phone calls? Why should I allow you access to my photos? Why should I have to let you have access to my contacts. A JOKE!

Why do you need to access my photos, files, contacts and make phone calls??!! Wish i would have read the reviews before wasting my time downloading. Deleting app!

WHY!!! If its a children's app do you need to make calls and have access to my contacts makes no sense at all to me I'll just continue purchasing the magazine

My kids love hidden puzzles, but the permission requests are crazy! And..if you unsubscribe for any length of time, you lose all the puzzles! I think you should be able to keep what you've already paid for!

There is no reason an app like this would need to have permissions to my contacts or to make and manage calls from my phone.

I dont know why the app needs to be all in my business in order to work. I need to understand why it needs to make phone calls, acces my files and contacts.

False information. You said that it is free. After few levels it is saying you have to buy the game for playing more levels

Why does it need access to contacts, pictures and rest everything?? When my daughter is playing on my phone, I do not want her to access anything else on my phone...

Never let me use it I had to do all these special permissions

It is was it is - we enjoy playing together (with my 4 year old) though some of the puzzle can get challenging.

Enjoyable puzzles, but this app should not need my contacts, and it should not need to make and manage phone calls :/

I downloaded this app for my 3yo and immediately asked for access to pic/media, contact, and to make and manage phone calls... Deny those and you can't use app. Why on earth would you need access to those things??! Needless to say, it's been deleted.

Why is asking to manage phone calls fix this problem never use to ask this

My hubby, myself, my daughter, all of her friends (all at least 15), all of my nieces and nephews (from 3 to adults) and the rest of my family (3yrs-87yrs) all love this game and time our teams again theirs.

We love this, it's fun for my 5 and 9 year old alike!
