Genies & Gems - Jewel & Gem Matching Adventure

Was my favorite. Have been playing since first launched. Now nothing but trouble and disappointing. Did not get my level 3 prizes in challenge clash and no chance to collect coins except to buy them. Seriously considering of uninstalling after more than playing for 2 years!!

Game is very addictive, can't leave this game in the middle and go for work. but, there is no way to earn coins except buying/ spinner. Buying life's is very costly (125 coins). Please work on this. First time I've connected to Facebook, but I didn't receive 25 coins.

I really loved the older version of the game. Now I have to play the collection clash and really it's not fun nor interesting. Plus you use to be able to play certain challenges that would give you more gold, time and special moves. Can you please consider going back to the older version. Thanks

Everytime i get an hours free play the ads freeze, miss out on the free plays. Grr I have checked to see if its due to an update and apparrently its not that. Fix ads freezing and I'd give it 5 stars.

I love this game. But, it will not let me play it! It keep cutting off on my tablet. Please tell me why it does that? I have reinstalled it multiple times and it does the same thing every time. Help me PLEASE!!!

I love the game but have one big gripe - I logged out of Facebook and when I logged back into the game all of my boosters were gone!!! I had quite a few saved up for when I truly got stuck and now have not a one left! What garbage ???? I will add the extra star when I get my boosters back.

I have been playing this game for over a year and loved it until this past week. It keeps crashing. Not sure what happened...but frustrating enough I am contemplating uninstalling :-(

This game constantly crashes...conveniently always when I beat a difficult level. Just more trash trying to get me to spend money.

My husband and I love playing this game, it's challenging. I have a suggestion about when you get the unlimited lives reward either by spinning the daily wheel or by having top ranking. I think a player should be able to choose when they get to use that reward like when you spin a butterfly.

The game freezes , I can still go to settings and that works fine. No additional pieces drop into play area and you are not able to move even though it acts like you can . its like as you get far in this game the levels are not complete .please fix this . this is a fun and relaxing game. No its not my phone doing this . its the program .

Somehow I got bumped from level 486 to starting all over. Oh well, it was fun getting there, and I don't mind doing it again.

I am at levels now that you have to use at least 3 paid(coins) powers to pass any level. The new "Soaring streaks" is good but the app crashes often after I reached any level of Soaring streaks. I lose all progress when the app crashed.

It won't let you play. It keeps going back to the start-up screen

What is wrong with this... As soon as It updates it fails to open any screen

Greqt game needs to give you more gold, and stop crashing, but pretty good.

Love this game!! I can't stop playing it..It is my Favorite of all games..

It's an okay game of course they give you all the wrong colored bubbles on the special plays as run the jewels.
