RHYTHM CAT Lite

I love this app when it works but it doesn't line up with beat or music half the time. I loved using it for piano lessons but now it's just confusing to the kids.

My daughter loves this! She's played the pro version in school on the ipads. Would love an Android version for home!

I thought this game would be good for my piano students. For the beginners it will be a fun short activity but with only 15 rounds it won't last long. That said, it is fun and good practice for beginners. No complaints about how it functions!

This game helps students count and do so with different tempos and styles.

This game really helped me rhythms and beats! LOVE IT!!!

The deal is equal time on the iPad with rhythm cat as was spent at the piano. I also incorporate this app into the lesson by having my boys play the game on the physical piano BEFORE they play it on the iPad. Works like a charm!

I enjoyed learning to play to the beat but now the notes doesn't respond to the tapping which means you fail everytime and can't progress to next stage

I end on completely different beats compared to what the music is trying to portray. It got kind of confusing on further levels. Fix the timing and this'll be great.

Rhythm Cat is a great game. I love the concept. The only huge problem is that its telling a music teacher with a bachelors in music education that I am consistently failing simple notation. Am I really failing? No. The game isn't working. Period. I really want to use this game with my students. I can't help the creators of this game with more sales because the game, as it is, is worthless to download. It DOESN'T WORK. AHHGHH. Please fix the interface so I can recommend this game to my students!

A great game for anyone who is learning music, both at a basic level and more advanced. Lovely graphics (helps if you like cats!)

Just make sure you are not just tapping staccato notes. Hold the notes for the full value to get credit.

I have been using rythem cat for 2 weeks now and everything has been working very well up until level 15. If you finish with what would be a least 1 star it freezes or something!! It wont give me a my stars!! I use this in chorus class so this is very upsetting. Right now im stuck with a 0 for level 15 :/ i am very disappointed by this.

A great design but the implementation sucks. Basically the timing on my nexus 7 is off so that you have to anticipate the notes on 8th notes. Unfortunately this makes it nearly useless once the 8th notes enter. Such a shame as I would happily buy the full version for my son if this worked. Lots of people, including a music teacher with the same problems.

Please fix the sync for the button. It's impossible to get past level 11 because my hits for the eights are not counted. Or the hits of the first eights are counted towards the second eights. Even up to level 11 you have to hold the button more than just tapping it *for a single note in 4/4 or 3/4*, hold 1& for a note you should play only on 1 for example.
