This exercise tells you about how to make healthy lymphatic system by ups and down motions of jumping rope means jumping on a trampoline and how weight loss the healthy ladies by full body workout.
In this game there are two modes to help you to learn the rope skipping in which you can become the champion.
Infinite Mode :
There are two ladies who skipped the rope and you have to jump over the rope. In this mode by doing more and more practice you can increase your speed and strength,Rehab,weight loss, coordination & stability and Cardio benefit.
Levels Mode :
You can become the champion by completing the levels and also select the different girls to jump over the rope.
