Its a good game but... it is a good game, interesting, good graphics, but whenever I do the nose surgery when I stick the plier to wire place of the nose it gets hang for no reason and I have to do some other surgery so 3 out of 5 stars.

Kittyroblxmclin we all are pretty without a nose job but honestly sweetheart its a game don't you think that comment was a little dramatic Jesus Christ people its a game has nothing to do with the outside world and maybe that's a sign you most likely or really do, have low self-esteem.
