First Steps in Germany is an entertaining quiz provided free of charge by the Goethe-Institut Indonesia for German learners who have reached level B2. Have fun finding out what you need to know for the first few weeks of your stay in Germany. The quiz covers ten interesting topics: Work, Shopping, Food and Drink, Etiquette, Leisure, Money and Banks, Health, Media and Communication, Mobility and Housing. There are twenty multiple-choice questions on each topic that will help you learn the basics about living in Germany. In addition to this, you will be introduced to some popular German proverbs. The quizzes are helpful, but they repeat the same questions. Some repeat three times in one quiz round! There are a very limited amount of questions, which makes the app terrible to advance your language skills with. Two stars for your effort, three missing for the weakness of the app.
