I really need help im unable to add friends or visit other shops and im stuck. I sent an email but i have had no response at all.

I've only just downloaded it and I can't get past the main screen because it goes small to 1 quarter of the screen but won't move when I tap on anything

Game glitches on my floor 3 and then everything freezes. Customer support have not come back to me. Was on level 20 but will rather delete the game than deal with this

I would love to give you guys 4 or 5 but the problem i am facing is i cant do anything its keeps hanging means i cant click on single thing and then suddenly Screen goes off i have uninstalled it 4 times plz do something about it

I am just getting started with your game but I noticed that one of the things you need to do is make friends to do quest. Well I have no list I can not invite people so I can not complete quest. Is this app new so we need people or do I not have a list?

It will not allow me to add neighbors or visit other shops. Frustrating when half your challenges require such things. Also, can you make things available for purchase with coins and not diamonds thank you.

I like this app @ first I loved it and couldn't stay if it but after a wile I got less interested

When I order something it fails. When something is being ordered and I go log off and then return back to my shop, I find 2 out of 4 times that order was not been placed. It is really annoying. Please fix the problem.

Awesome! This game is better than Fashion Story. Fashion Story is an online game while FDW is an offline game and I can join fashion shows.

Why I can't creat Nanobit ID? Its keeps saying registration failed and let me try again.. So that I can't connect with my friends, community and expand my store

I love the game, it's taking over my life. It's a very addictive game and I think that every 5 hours we should get 1,000 or 2,000 money.

Loved this game but it keeps crashing and doesnt let me add friends or visit other shops. Which is hard when most of the challenges require friends:( :(

I love the game, but it doesn't like to load sometimes. And if you close the app after setting the machines, it doesn't keep your progress and you have to reset your machines. please fix these bugs. Other than that I love the game!

The game is ok but it's hard to earn money and gems...hopefully neext time..if I may suggest...if the player successfully reached a level, it should be rewarded by money or gems...coz if not, the game might be cool for a certain time then players might get enough/tired/bored of it and uninstall it.
