Ever since using this I've noticed a dramatic increase in memory abilities. Beforehand my memory was great but I had a problem racking through my brain trying to access certain materials. After using this app though my brain feels more organized and I'm not wasting 5 minutes trying sort through what used to be a cluttered brain. You have to make a habit out of using this app often and fitting it into your schedule. If you don't your progress will easily dissolve.

My memory has never been the best and had been getting worst lately. I tried afew apps previously which did nothing but i can honestly say this trainer has improved my memory ALOT. Iv been using it every morning for 2 weeks and iv been surprising myself with my progress. :-)

I downloaded multiple memory games at once. This was the best. Lots of different games, few ads (don't recall seeing any, but my memory isn't the best, hence the memory training)! All in all, great app, give it a try!

Very well presented and developed! I had trouble at first, but learned how to do the exercises in no time. Particularly the sequencer, I memorized the shapes and colors as a sequence on the 4 tiles below (sort of like how you'd memorize Simon says). I hope that's how you're supposed to do it and I'm not short changing myself, but it worked well for me. N-back was easy enough; just figuring out how many spaces back to remember.

This is my new favorite app. Works flawlessly and doing the exercises is actually really enjoyable. It gets really challenging with every level jump but you can do individual exercises with a more dialed in difficulty level if you find the next level is too much. Also tracks your progress. An A+ app!

I just started this and havent gone a week yet. The only thing I can't get pass through is the freaking n-back. I understand the information alright, but there is no information on what you will do on the GUI once you started. Please fix it. Thanks!

It seems like a great game. I hope it works, I seem to have a problem remembering certain things I should. An that's not a good thing in the line of work I'm in. Also I would suggest after each workout or so you'd get prompts on how to improve on what you're currently working on

N-back (particularly going up to 3 back) is preposterously difficult for me to do.. I can feel mental exertion after trying to do it. It's a good trainer! Would be nice if there were more settings for controlling the speed and options.

I discovered accidentally that I was recalling phone numbers, account numbers to phone companies, credit card numbers, and able to recall phone number that someone rattles off to me without having to ask them to repeat it. I haven't Never been able to remember my credit card number, even when I was young and in my early twenties. My grocery list I could recall without even looking at it. This game is absolutely phenomenal in helping you to recall many things, sequences of events, details, whether minor her major; so forth and so on; its a keeper!

I have read a few reviews about having trouble with N-Back. I was having trouble too, until I started getting it right out of nowhere. For me, N-Back is quite the opposite when it comes to difficulty. The trick is to not try to think about when to click the button. Just know how many letters or images that need to pass before the duplicate and press it when it feels like you should. It's the only challenge where I felt I had to think the least. I don't know why, but it worked for me.

Great fun, can really see the benefit this game will provide. However, being colour blind I am unable to plays games remembering the order of colours since some look too similar. Please enable settings to be adjusted for colourblind people thanks.

Pretty good app would be amazing though if it recorded personal scores so you could challenge yourself and see improvements. The improvement charts are actually a joke and don't reveal an absolute thing

U70%

I am impressed! Not only are the games somewhat entertaining, but they also actually work. Really good app. I don't believe there is an add free version, though there should be. Other than that and a rough ui it is great.

Still dont know what im doing in this excersize. So i just click the yellow button everytime the blue block moves. Eventually it says 'Good job' and i can move on. The other games i can complete just fine.

Y70%

A mix of science and fun, playing this game has definitely helped me improve my memory. Of course, water, diet and exercise are even more helpful. Don't be hard on yourself, you can't go wrong!! :)

U70%

Love this app overall. It has a nice look and functions smoothly. I just don't like the letter n-back exercises. The 3 back just throws me off and doesn't help. And competing with the world would better motivate us.

F70%

I have only two problems with this app. 1. No new content covering more area's. 2. Why is N'Back like trying to shave, write in calligraphy and explain ethics to a six year old while driving? Is it really the only game for neural elasticity?

U70%
by U####:

Recently the app started giving me the best possible ending score no matter how many mistakes I made. I know it's glitching because I just now purposefully chose every wrong answer and still got the highest score at the end.

C70%
by C####:

Errors with the app kinda buggy and acting up. It keeps telling me to remembering me like my mother reminding you to don't forget This app needs to check all the stars

C70%
by C####:

NOT! I felt so small playing the games .. Good app, stimulates your brain.. don't play the games before going to bed.. You are more awake. I was able to improve my retention after just playing it for an hour. I am 53 and need to remember names and such..

U70%

But I didnot buy a tablet to have to read long instructions in tiny letters. And why I'm doing great? after 3 out of 4 tries! this is for dummies.

I think it's the best intellectual workouts among all the apps out there in the market. For a student like me if it can help me improve my memory over time it will be nothing short of a treat! :)

U70%
by U####:

The games started off ok but as you play on there does not seem to be any actual rating on how well you are doing. Purposely made close to 100 mistakes yet somehow still get the rating of a master mind. No challenge = loss of interest. Surely there has to be something better.

I like the app quite a bit but after a while, it starts to get a bit boring because there aren't many activities...but its still good!

I think these are good workouts. I only have complaints about one of them: Numberz. My complaint is that hitting the "replay animation" button changes the difficulty of the game; it makes it a LOT easier, because, upon repeat, you already know which person you are going to be asked about. This really annoys me, because it interrupts my training, forcing me back to a significantly less challenging level. I would find Numberz more valuable if, after replaying the animation, it gave a *random* prompt. :)

R70%
by R####:

Very good game, the way you can choose what workout you do, is a plus. I say the only thing, that would make it even better if you could vs againts another person.

R70%

Its great but in tile flip theres too few images. They start mixing on the same session and its really confusing. Best app ever. Also on "targeted" tab i tried everyting on max....... And i thought that 3back is hard.....

U70%
by U####:

The instructions were sort of difficult for me to understand (especially for N-Back) but once I figured it out, it became exactly the puzzle I needed to build my skill. Also, no annoying ads like many free apps have!

U70%
by U####:

These apps weren't all created in the US and the odds of the person writing said description not speaking fluent English are probably pretty good. The ratings are meant to let others know if the app functions properly and if it's enjoyable not whether the descriptions would make it through an editors office or not. Don't get me wrong, grammatical errors are a pet peeve of mine as well but it seems to me you're being a little harsh and judgemental towards someone you know nothing about.

What the H... how do you expect us to figure how this works if ya can't find directions on the HOW.or difficulty getting the next page to pop up. WHO'S' REALLY STUPID ? WORK ON YOUR APP!

My biggest complaint is you can't mute the sounds! How is it that I can turn all the sounds on my phone off altogether but this app still continues to make noise?

Not been playing this game so long but it has improved my consciousness to think about intentionally remembering and organizing things better. Highly recommended.

K70%

My only grievance is that the colors for the sequence game are impossible for someone who is colorblind. I really hope they fix that. Those shades of green and orange are impossible and it hurts my scores.

P70%

Instructions are confusing or nonexistent. The performance graph is almost meaningless. For its price (free!), though, it's a great app and works well. Better this than a mindless game like Flappy Bird or some similar game. :-)

K70%
by K####:

Great for memory! Took me a little while to figure out the N-back game though. To those lost: 2-back (the first level) is when the same square is lit after another one. For example, if the middle was lit, then the left, then the middle, you'd press the arrow. Not if it went middle, left, right, middle. That'd be a 3-back. The in-game instructions could be clearer by demonstrating what was NOT a two-back, as it would have saved this blonde some frustrations. Still it's the best brain trainer on the market :)

Love this app, everytime goes harder and harder but i think it truly helps your memory specially remembering things or numbers

K70%
by K####:

This has been a pretty good app so far. Not quite fun enough to motivate you to use it without having to force yourself but am seeing definite and measurable improvements. One complaint is that isolating number and position exercises for Nback makes it really difficult to make the transition to doing both at once in the harder modes. Also other Nback games verbally announce the letters which not only makes it easier for auditory learners but also adds another pathway to the exercise. (Auditory pathways)

If I could rate this 100 or more stars, I would. This has a lot of content to it ( specially for being free ^_^ .) It challenges you but not to the point where you feel discouraged. It also explains how things work in detail; the whats & whys are answered. You're not left wondering " why am I doing this?" I have already seen an improvement in my memory. All & all this is must have for anyone who wants to up their game intellectually. On a side note; working great on HTC Thunderbolt on Verizon. :)
